It's a good old fashion soul food place, with several really well done menu options including fish and chicken. Kool Aid and home made sides that are so good I would get the catfish and shrimp with Mac and Cheese and the greens Highly recommend it's worth the trip

Fish and toasted bun was great! Prices were also reasonable. Wings were a little to salty for our liking. Greens ( so, so) and Mac (no go). Cons: locals hanging out that doesn't work there or patronizing the business. Would I return? Yes, however, I know what to expect next time.

On today's Sunday, March 2 me and my husband visited the fish cage. This was not our our first time however it has been a long time since we have been back we have tried to support businesses in our community however, after today's trip, I will not be back. The fish was deeply over fried. The shrimp was over fried the okra, which I love it was even hard today for the prices that they charge I don't think it's fair for you to expect your customers to eat what was served today or any other day. Eve was overcooked so sorry to say I will not be back patronizing the fish cage.

The fish is tasty, A bit over priced for the tiny portions. $41 total. Not complaining at all just want to warn others.

Dry read beans & rice no flavor at all very disappointed

My shrimp basket was a few fries & my shrimp was very over cooked. My red beans and rice was very very dry with NO SEASONING. I hate this but I would NEVER GO BACK

Storefront and the one table and four seats.

They are located on the side of a strip mall in North Las Vegas so parking is easy. They started us off with complimentary chips and pretty good roasted smokey salsa. I tried the Pollo Asada and a Golden Cadillac Margarita. The margarita was pretty good and pretty strong. The pollo asada was an enormous plate of food. The chicken was marinated and was pounded as thin as a lasagna noodle. One end came out dried up. It was good on the one end. The chicken was topped with mixed frozen-type vegetables (peas, corn, carrots, green beans) To the side was rice and fajita type vegetables. I think my favorite part of the plate was the fajita type vegetables. They gave me a good amount of them too and I let my husband have some. He enjoyed them with the Chile Verde. Service was average. They forgot to bring water and silverware but we eventually got them. Pretty average experience. Not the best but also not the worst either. You certainly can do worst in this area. 3 stars is a positive experience that translates to A-OK on Yelp.

From the very beginning, our waitress completely set the tone for the night. She was so kind, patient, and attentive. Since we had our three kiddos with us, she went above and beyond to accommodate them and made sure they were taken care of. That kind of service makes such a difference when dining out as a family, and we truly couldn't have asked for a better server! Growing up, I always remember being so excited to come to Red Lobster. Seeing the live lobsters up front and getting dressed up for what felt like a "splurge" or fancy dinner made it such a fun experience. We've been here a few times over the years, and this visit finally inspired me to write a review. For dinner, my husband and I both ordered the Lobster and Sirloin combo, our two older kids shared the Ultimate Feast, and we got our youngest the kids popcorn shrimp with fries. The lobster was cooked perfectly -- tender, buttery, and exactly what you'd hope for. Unfortunately, both of our steaks were overly salty. And I don't just mean a little extra seasoning -- it genuinely tasted like the steaks had been marinated in salt for days. Any other seasoning that may have been there was completely overpowered. After just a few bites, your mouth felt dry from the saltiness. Sadly, neither of us really touched or finished our steaks. This isn't our first time experiencing overly salty steaks here either -- it seems to be a recurring issue during our visits. On the brighter side, our older kids really enjoyed the Ultimate Feast. I tasted a bit from their plate and thought it was pretty good overall. The only downside was that it took about 30 minutes for their meal -- along with our youngest's popcorn shrimp and fries -- to come out. All in all, the service was outstanding and truly the highlight of our night. The food was hit or miss. We may return, but we'll probably skip the steak next time.
