Jim seen that i had a bent pulley that caused belts to keep wearing down fast. He was able to fix it for me. The car I had back then was 20+ years old. When Jim did the work on it I never had to come back for additional repairs like other places I had gone to. Jim was very understanding to my financial situation at the time and was able to work with me so that he still made money and I wasn't bankrupt. Jim cares about the people. I'm always hesitant, given the stories and my experiences, to try a new auto repair shop. But Naylor's was great! The Google Reviews initially lead me to them, but I'm posting here in Yelp in case others are looking. It was easy to make an appointment. I waited at a coffee shop about a mile away, did some work, and a few hours later they called me to tell me they solved the problem. A shifted and loose exhaust system. My car is now running smoothly and their price was very fair. I appreciated the clear communication about what was wrong and very much felt that I could trust them with other concerns.

He then offered to answer any questions my girlfriend or I had. We told him we where just looking, he said he understood and asked if we did have any questions to please give him a call or come in and ask. This interaction was great! Then a girl came out and started asking questions and wouldnt give us any space. If she hadnt introduced her self as a salesperson I wouldnt have even know she worked there. She was bot dressed like all the others I had seen when stopping by before. And she tried to act like we where her best friends. Tried to be cute and funny and just ended up pissing of my girlfriend. Acted way to familiar. Just not a very professional way to do business.
