So I figured I'd try my luck here as I'd heard they do card replacements on site. I arrived at about 4:30pm on a Wednesday, assuming they were likely open until 5. I discovered pretty quickly that they actually closed at 4. Well, I felt pretty silly. Was it a big deal that they were closed? No. Was I frustrated that they were closed? Yeah, after all, I'd have certainly taken care of this over the phone if I'd been able to get through. Was I kicking myself for not checking their hours? Of course. So I'm walking back to my car, silently fuming, as a young woman with a Citizens name tag on walks past me toward the building. "We're closed!" she exclaimed gleefully. "Yes, apparently." I said back to her. "Going home to our families." she said back, with a needlessly condescending and self-satisfied tone, to which I simply replied "Enjoy." Like, was any of that necessary? I was already walking back to my car, having found out they were closed. Like, it costs absolutely nothing to just not be a jerk, and yet this woman felt the need to do so. As a person who works in customer service, I get it, at the end of the day, I wanna go home too. But purposefully seeking out an excuse to be rude is just something else. Y'all really need to re-evaluate your work culture if this is the kind of mean-spiritedness it's producing.

It looks magnificent inside the branch now. This branch has expanded recently. The individual offices are larger. Also the teller stations are people friendly. No more standing on either side. There is an ATM inside the branch where individuals can conduct their transactions after hours for example. Also there is a drive-up window there. The hours there are Monday-Wednesday, 9AM-5PM, Thursday, 9AM-6 PM, Friday, 9AM-6PM, Saturday, 9AM-2PM and on Sunday, the bank is closed. The drive through hours are the same as the regular teller hours. This branch has a parking lot, however many people patronizing other businesses park here. There is a Starbucks nearby and many people park in the Citizens lot instead of parking in the Starbucks lot, because there are other businesses in the shopping center that people patronize such as Republic Bank. The Branch Manager, Mr. Glenn moniters the parking lot to make sure that the people there are Citizens Bank customers. There used to be an ATM outside the branch, but it was taken down when the renovations started. There are also safe deposit boxes available at this branch. The employees: Anton Gobin/Universal Banker, Kathryn Adler, Senior Teller and Erick R. Glenn are magnificent at their individual positions. My family and I are always greeted with a smile and friendly conversation when we arrive. The area of Wynnewood has many well-known businesses across the street as well. There is a Giant, GameStop, Wells Fargo, DSW Warehouse plus other companies. Check out the area - it is well maintained. Good night Yelp Family!!!!

I've had accounts with nearly a dozen banks over the years, and Capital One stands out as my favorite. They strike a rare balance between digital innovation and authentic, in-person service, and this location exemplifies that in a distinctive way. Capital One's app is excellent, intuitive, reliable, and more comprehensive than most. Features like Zelle are seamlessly integrated, and overall, it feels like a true "hub" for managing your finances. Additionally, Capital One's ATM network is impressive. I've been able to withdraw funds fee-free across platforms like Venmo, Chime, and PA unemployment, which I haven't seen matched elsewhere. The machines themselves are highly functional, offering deposits and multiple bill denominations, with a level of flexibility you don't typically see. What's more, you can withdraw cash without your debit card by scanning a QR code displayed on the ATM screen using the app on your phone, which is incredibly helpful if you ever lose your wallet or find yourself without it. For added convenience, inside the branch, there's a dedicated machine that issues cashier's checks digitally. This greatly simplifies and accelerates what is typically a manual, time-consuming task. The 17th and Walnut café is impressive--the coffee is genuinely good, and the 50% discount for Capital One account holders is a great perk. It also serves as a free coworking space with reservable breakout rooms, adding real utility and a strong sense of community. Above all, the people and culture here foster a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. The team is consistently courteous and approachable. Special thanks to Jessie (sp?) with the Capital One sneakers, who is always exceptionally friendly, offers treats for our dog, and connects so well with our kids. All of this exemplifies the broader Capital One culture, which is rare in financial services. I'm a big supporter of both this branch and the broader Capital One brand. Thank you!

Their customer experience on line, via the call center, or via email is HORRENDOUS. You often have to wait 1-3 hours to ask a simple question. Often the call center disconnects you after you have been on hold for 45 minutes or longer. It's been this way for the last 4-5 years and they have made no improvements. I don't recommend them to anyone who might need to interact with customer service. Probably the worst company i have ever dealt with in that regard.

The customer service this financial center provided today was HORRIBLE!!!!…read more I must say "I am not a member of TruMark". However, TruMark is a shared bank with the bank that I do have an account with ... So it allows me to go here as well as a couple other financial centers for banking services. So if I was able to get to my bank/ I did not need to make a withdrawal. I would have never came here. (And I really wish I didn't) So I walk in through the secured doors. Feel out the withdrawal slip and get in line. The line is pretty long because I'm guessing maybe because the 1st is New Years and the branch will be closed. Also this bank has a lot of bilingual bank tellers here. Which is a plus, because it seemed like 95 % of the people that came in were Hispanic. But the part is some of the customers only knew Spanish and did not understand when the bank teller said "next"... And the tellers could tell the customer did not understand English. Yet still did not call or signal the customer. They just waited for another customer that was able to speak Spanish told the customer..... So the line is moving slow. So finally I get to the bank teller. She's saying "next" but I can't see her because she'll sitting at the end with her chair low..(ridiculous) When I get down to where she is her and the teller beside her have no customer. So instead of her saying "I said next".. It's like she wanted me to read her brain lmaoo. She puts my acct# in and says "it's not working the acct# number could be wrong or maybe your bank system is down and it won't let me pull it up" ... So being as though this is my first time coming to this branch or even using one of my financial centers shared banks. I go to hand her the card I received when I opened my account with my acct# number on it. So she can double check the numbersAnd she just blurts out without even looking at the card. "I already tried three times it won't let me, you need to call customer service" I'm at lost for words, after waiting in that line.... No type of customer service, just classless. So I step out of line, after picking up my withdrawal slip. I drop my darn phone I'm so annoyed at her unprofessionalism. And I hear her say "if you like you can go in the conference room"... I was a bank teller at Wachovia for almost 4 years. And when I tell you we strived for excellent customer service!! We looked to make the customers transaction was easy as possible. So not only did I have to wait 15 mins on hold with customer service for my bank. Just to find out if the bank teller would have just looked at the card I tried to show her. I could have avoided wasting 20 mins out of my day. Just because she wanted to make it harder for me... So I get back in line and now almost all the teller are out talking behind the counter but yet no one is calling me. Than one young girl does. And she acts like she has a attitude lmaoo. (I truly will never understand people) she puts my money on the counter and not in my hand.... Update ::: I spoke with the branch manager and she was very apologetic about my bad experience that day. And I really respect and appreciate it!! When someone reaches out to you after having a bad experience. It shows that they do in fact value their customers. Which she didn't have to do. So thank you!!
