The vice president of the bank assured me that they were handling it and I would be safe. A sweet man stopped by and let me know my house was being auctioned. I have been sick again and my automatic payments defaulted. I have sent a money order that was returned. 2 wires were returned. The second wire had extra in case it was bouncing because of fees. It still got rejected. The funds are readily available and I keep trying to send wires. I called to find out why and they give the run around intentionally trying to foreclose. Different people giving different amounts to wire. No doubt they are personally contributing to the homeless population. They definitely should be investigated. I have all evidence of intentional foreclosure. I'm not special so I'm sure there are many other people who have had this experience. INTENTIONALITY FORECLOSING WHEN FUNDS HAVE BEEN SENT.

Went to create an account today as I recently moved to the area. First of all, their online banking…read moreprocess is ridiculous. Apparently you have to "register" for online banking (as if there are people who exist in 2021 who don't use online banking), and call to get an access code, which you then need to use to create a login ID/password. I've never had to do any of that (especially call to get a code that should've either not existed or should've been given to me with the rest of my account info) and I've banked with several banks. Their process is needlessly complicated and as a millennial I am shocked that older people have even figured it out. What happened to just using your account number and/or registered phone number/email to create a login? You know, like normal people? They also charge either ~$4 or $7 a month. I've never had to do that either. And along with that, if you use a non First Bank ATM you are charged $1.50 in addition to the regular ATM fee. In what world? Will definitely be closing the account tomorrow and going elsewhere. Completely insensible.
