I am disabled so they offered me a loss mitigation forms when I was in the hospital in 2017 kept telling me that I was missing a forms but they could not tell me which forms was missing. The vice president of the bank assured me that they were handling it and I would be safe. A sweet man stopped by and let me know my house was being auctioned. I have been sick again and my automatic payments defaulted. I have sent a money order that was returned. 2 wires were returned. The second wire had extra in case it was bouncing because of fees. It still got rejected. The funds are readily available and I keep trying to send wires. I called to find out why and they give the run around intentionally trying to foreclose. Different people giving different amounts to wire. No doubt they are personally contributing to the homeless population. They definitely should be investigated. I have all evidence of intentional foreclosure. I'm not special so I'm sure there are many other people who have had this experience. INTENTIONALITY FORECLOSING WHEN FUNDS HAVE BEEN SENT. read more

I've never had such a great experience with any bank as I have with First United Bank. They are always so polite and kind to me and are very attentive. The longest I've waited to be seen is maybe 5 minutes but it was on an extremely busy day. I also LOVE the mobile banking app. It's very clean and easy to use and manage my accounts. One of the worst banking experiences I've ever had. Their online banking is terrible and because of this I mistakenly overdrew my account while living in another state. Ended up costing me $600 for a simple mistake that could have been rectified with a notification or alert that I was overdrawn. read more

I've been having constant issues using all of their ATM machines. I've called many times and no one will assist with the issue. Now, the ATM withdrew money from my account but I didn't receive any cash. I've call several times to dispute this and have received no help. Also, many of the people I've talked to have been very rude. I hate this bank. read more
