It was in my son's name. my son left and I didn't know he owed money . To get there money they charged my credit card WITHOUT my authorization!! They had a card from him, so I guess it didn't work. How dare you my place self storage !! Its called FRAUD!! YOU wont even pick your phone up so I can tell you this. YOU PROBABLY WONT POST THIS. ITS not saying the people aren't nice. there just NOT HONEST. I told the lady at the office not to use my card again, but SHE DID!! WATCH YOUR CREDIT CARDS!!

I called Saturday Nov 29 before they closed but no answer so I left a voicemail for someone to call me back. no return call. all I wanted was one day grace. my friends cleaned out the locker on the first. they said they don't prorate. you would think many years service would have at least been worth something. The manager Denise was of great assistance during the time I needed the storage unit. Unlike other companies I called I was provided with a prorated price of no more than $30 for the three weeks I used the storage unit. Not only that but the manager was very helpful and even offered me a free lock being I did not have one. I will most likely be returning in the near future when or if I need a storage unit again.
