I have had the privilege of joining this bank a little over a year ago. Jill Spencer is the president of the bank and she has been absolutely amazing to work with. Little did I know how much help I was going to need when I switched all my business accounts to this bank before Covid hit. This was definitely divine intervention and I thank God he allowed me to meet her when I did. I can't recommend this bank enough. If i could give -0 stars i would i thought maybe it would change from my last review but it did not i waited 18 min in the commerical lane while all the other lanes were in and out very fast im running a business and it makes it hard when you spen alot of time sitting in the commerical lane while the employees take thoer sweet time if your under staffed hire people its not hard. I dont think its our fault that we have to wait and waste our time sitting in the lane when we could be running our business. read more
