I called and called no one answered. Finally a girl answers the phone- I tell her my situation, I'm moving, I need to cancel. She says okay, give me all your information and I'll relay this and get it canceled. She assured me there were no more steps for me to take. I got a charge on my card the next month. I called back and explained and they denied I ever tried to cancel. I went in person to confront them, the lady helping me was so difficult and made me feel awful. She said it was my fault for not coming in person to cancel and they will not refund me the month I got charged for. I still think about the way I was treated when face to face with that lady.
