This is probably a good bank however I did not have any good experience with it. I recently moved…read moreto this area and decided to open a new account and this branch was highly recommended by an associate. Unfortunately, it did not work because the debit card had some kind of glitch in it. No matter what store I stopped at and what I tried to buy I could never use this card. It always declined the purchases and I had gone back-and-forth every day since last Friday. I was even issued a new card and I still experience the same problem, declined. When I went back to the bank the last time I was frustrated and decided to close my account. It was then that I found out that perhaps the reason why I could not use the card was because purchases had not been checked as one of the uses for the card. I did not understand this because if I am not going to purchase anything I would not have needed a debit card.
