I needed a stop payment on a check done and have been on the phone for 2 HOURS NOW. I spent over an hour verifying my identity and being transferred before I got to the right department. That person had me tied up over 40 minutes until they transferred me AGAIN after initially refusing to, only to make me hold longer first. They told me they were new and trying to learn how to do it on my time. I've been posting the screen shots of my phone time stamps on their Facebook page under a post about shiny new ATMs with the suggestion they spend some of that money on customer service development. Their social media person was kind enough to comment that they didn't like that and wanted to do better, sealed with a heart emoji. I just hung up AFTER 2:15:00 and was told the stop payment I needed (still paid $28) was finally done. I think you know what to do with your heart emoji...
