This bank normally understood my lack of majority and helped me up by removing the majority of them. I've always been treated like a valued customer and have had only a few bad experience. My top 1 favorite thing about it is when you navigate to their website via browser (they do not have an app like the rest of the world in 2017) and it shows $2,000 balance. So you continue to make a 100% necessary purchase and get declines repeatedly. Then check the ATM balance and it says 0. All while checking your online balance infront of the ATM that says 0. Lets also not forget how you cant call them to correct it until 9:30am (yes thats 1.5 hours after all other establishments open for business) and they close at 5:00pm. Basically if you work a job of almost any kind, as you probably do having an account with them, you will not be able to call them.

The adjuster said that according to our policy the front qualified for replacement but the back did not. Then he said "Oh I see you have a rider; therefore, we will have to send someone out to take a shingle off the roof and we will send it off. If it has been discontinued then your rider will kick in and the entire roof will be replaced". When the report came back the shingle had been discontinued. The adjuster walked it back and said "but there were comparable shingles available therefore they still would not cover the back". Mr Wyatt called us and told us we should call the Presidents hot line. While he did call the adjuster he didnt take it any further. If this had been Randy Wright he would have called the President and said "these people have been customers for more than 40 years, are we really going to lose them over $4000." And he would have done everything he could have to hold that adjuster accountable for what he told us. Just saying I believe you is not enough. We are truly disappointed in our agent.
