He was soooooooo mean spirited, rude, grumpy and unreasonable! We had several elderly women traveling on the bus, did he attempt to help them on or off the bus - that would be a NO! I could say many more things about him and the company but I've said enough. I really hate that I had to write these things but I don't want anyone else to go through this I'm so disappointed and angry about the experience we had with this company. He was very friendly and courteous. I will never use anyone else when traveling to Dallas Texas. If you want reliable shuttle service choose Prime! NEVER use Texas Shuttle if you need someone to show up! I booked a month ahead of time for both my son and myself. We were flying into different airports. I received a message the night before that they couldn't pick me up. My son received his cancellation message while on his flight. Leaving people stranded is not good business for a shuttle company. I can't tell you how much stress this caused with last minute travel plans. I honestly don't know how they stay in business.
