I called for my fridge and I requested same day appointment, which they were able to provide. He had a high quality replacement on his truck which I bought for an affordable price. In total price was competitive. Having them out for appliance repair was definitely worth it. I want to leave a fair and honest review because not every part of this experience was bad, but…read moreoverall it was extremely frustrating and stressful. The biggest issue was communication and customer service from A Appliances themselves. The installation process took about a week because of multiple delays, wrong parts, last-minute rescheduling, and poor coordination. The washer also did not work properly immediately after installation due to an installation issue involving the water valve/setup. Thankfully, the technicians later corrected the problem and the unit is now functioning properly. To be fair, the third-party installers eventually became very cooperative and professional once we were all able to calmly communicate and troubleshoot the issue together. I appreciated their understanding and calm communication throughout the process. However, my interactions with A Appliances over the phone were a completely different experience. The communication was unnecessarily confrontational and rude, even while I was actively trying to resolve payment and get everything handled professionally. At one point, while the appliance was still not functioning correctly and before the installation issues had been resolved, I was repeatedly pressured for payment and was told that the warranty could be revoked if payment was not made immediately. That was extremely concerning considering the washer was not even operating properly yet. There was also confusion regarding my previous stackable unit, which was initially left blocking the driveway instead of being placed properly in the garage as discussed beforehand. In the end, the appliance is working and the situation was eventually resolved, which is why I'm not leaving a 1-star review. But the overall process, communication, and customer service experience with the company itself definitely need improvement.

I have a mixed review. I bought our LG refrigerator from A Plus Appliance in June of 2025 because…read moreours broke down. I walked in, and I had options. I picked one LG refrigerator I liked. I paid, however, they said they had to finish repairs on the one I picked. I needed a refrigerator ASAP. I paid for a loaner until mine was ready. They wanted to make sure it was working properly. They delivered the loaner and took away my old broken frig. The loaner had a leak. They came to repair the loaner. Finally, a week later my "new" frig was ready. They removed the loaner and installed my "new" frig. Everything was working fine until 1 year and two months later our "new" refrigerator stopped making ice and was not cooling. I called them and paid ($45) for a diagnosis. They said it would cost $600 to repair and recommend I buy a new refrigerator. I asked about my warranty, they would not honor it since it was past 2 months. The compressor was no good, which btw, they installed and was not an LG compressor. Beware! They buy scratch and dent in need of repair appliances and do their own modification, and not according to manufacturers specifications. They also do not use genuine parts, as I found out later. They will pull from other units to "repair". This may or may not come up with your home warranty company.

While here, he did clean the dryer vent, and quoted $310 for the repair to the washer. That included a sensor and a new motor since it (motor) had to be removed to get to the sensor. He said it was probably bad, too. My husband set up the repair appointment following Monday, as he was taking a day off from work. Monday morning I texted him but we received no response until later that afternoon. Mr. Alexander said he hadn't ordered the parts because he needed to research the problem. Uh... that doesn't jive with what he said when he was here. He also told my husband it would be another $200 for one of the parts, making the total $510 instead of $310. On top of that, he doesn't take credit cards, which is a big red flag. So, that's the end of that.
