While still developing her motor skills, she'll also be exploring her world with letters and numbers. This could be her first step towards spelling and reading. It will also help her learn to count. Another great benefit to these types of blocks is the ability to feel new textures and see new colors. Children should start to associate a red letter ?A? block with their red ball. This is all an essential part of learning, and they'll have fun with it too.

We had such a wonderful experience at Our Redeemer Lutheran School! ORLS is truly such a special…read moreand loving place, and we are so grateful for the sweet memories our family made there. Both of our daughters had a great year, one in kindergarten and one in Pre-K. The teachers were kind, patient, caring, and had such a special influence on the kids. You can truly see how much they love and encourage each child. One thing I really loved was how well they paid attention to each child's strengths and areas where they needed support. The progress reports and updates were always timely and helpful, and it was amazing to see how much growth happened throughout the year. Communication with the teachers and staff was also wonderful. Anytime I had a question, I always received a response quickly, usually in less than an hour, which meant so much as a parent. We also loved the principal, teachers, and staff. From the classroom to carpool, everyone was always so welcoming and cheerful. They greeted the kids with big smiles and truly treated them like their own. Our girls grew so much this year, both academically and personally, and we will always be thankful for the love, support, and positive impact ORLS had on our family. We highly recommend this sweet school community!

We began having all kinds of trouble in the 9 months we were at the previous school and they all disappeared the day he started at Our Redeemer. We learned something from the drastic change we experienced, and that is to trust our son (who's now 3) when he says he's unhappy somewhere. We are so thankful to have found Our Redeemer and can't say enough good things about the school, the staff the teachers, etc.

My daughter has excelled not only in academics but social skills, good manners, loving, caring for others as well as loving the environment. She provides hands on experience caring for animals and the environment. She also organizes a large homeless feeding every year where all families and friends get together for a good cause. The In home Montessori itself is clean and tidy. Being a mom this is something I am always picky about. Since it is in Miss Nelum's home the house itself is very pretty, cozy and homely. There's enough space for kids to walk around and do their work. She also has a nice yard for the kids to play. After finding out she was an artist and has art classes in her studio, I enrolled my daughter for art classes as well. The Montessori follows CDC guidelines during this pandemic. As a mom I recommend this Montessori to any parent who prefers one-on-one attention for kids as well as raising them as good citizens to this world.
