I'm not religious but I figured it couldn't hurt, and we got to see the beautiful Cathedral as it was designed! The building is magnificent from the outside, but the details inside are so hard to believe. I am a lover of the architectural beauty in buildings, and this cathedral did not disappoint.

Lisa Doege was our officiant and she lead our ceremony beautiful on our wedding day, as well as collaborating with us before the big day to craft a ceremony that was unique and personal to us. The church was a great size for our wedding of 135 people. We filled the space comfortably and the church was a beautiful backdrop for photos right in downtown Savannah. The square the church is located on is a quiet and peaceful part of downtown while still being centrally located close to the main parts of the city. UUCS music director David played piano during our ceremony and helped us coordinate other music and sound. Overall a wonderful experience. I knew UUCS would welcome us and all of our guests with open arms and they did that and more!
