Nice friendly clean music shop. The had a nice selection of guitars that seemed fairly priced. The store was modern looking and had open window lesson rooms. If the location is more commuter friendly this will be a five star. The parking is off the street and the place will sneak up on you if you don't slow down and look for it. The staff is very knowledgable, Claire is very friendly and answered all of our questions. We are canvassing for an instrument for the kid and she answers all our questions. What on earth happened here? The store is NOT open when the sign says it is. We tried 3 times to get in and rent horns for our boys. All three times the hours posted says it should be open - but doors are locked and no lights on. We used to go there all the time, then stopped because the management changed - another story altogether - we tried again because we heard the management was new AGAIN. Who can tell? Can't really rate the place if we can't get in. Portmans....here we come. read more
