A Trip That Started as a 2-3 Experience... but Turned Into a 5 Thanks to Sarah…read more I want to share my honest experience because it truly reflects the impact that the right agent can make. When I first booked my Disney vacation, things were a little rocky. Communication wasn't as smooth as I had hoped, and if I'm being transparent, my experience was shaping up to be maybe a 2-3 star review. But then my reservation was transferred over to Sarah, and everything completely turned around -- to the point that I can confidently leave a 5-star review. From the moment Sarah stepped in, she was attentive, organized, and incredibly supportive. This trip was for my daughter's 3rd birthday, so every detail mattered to me. Sarah made sure I felt heard, understood, and taken care of. She always responded quickly, explained things clearly, and helped me navigate every step of planning a Disney vacation -- from dining and park days to special birthday touches. What stood out most was her genuine care. She didn't just "do the job"; she went above and beyond to make sure our trip would be magical, memorable, and stress-free. She checked on things i was worried about, handled changes with ease, and made me feel confident in every decision. I'm extremely grateful my reservation ended up with her. She truly saved the experience for us, and she represents your company beautifully. Because of Sarah, what began as a 2-3 star situation became a full 5-star experience. Thank you, Sarah, for everything -- and I highly recommend her to anyone planning a Disney trip through this company.

From the moment we stepped aboard, the experience felt effortless and personalized. Captain Jenn guided us smoothly from Venice out into the Gulf and down toward Stump Pass, where we enjoyed relaxed beach time and some incredible shelling on Peterson Island. It felt like our own private slice of paradise. After a quick and easy shore lunch, we cruised up Lemon Bay and through the Intracoastal back to Venice, taking in beautiful views the entire way. What truly made the day special, though, was Jenn herself--she connected with every member of our family, kept the energy light and fun, and captured so many great photos that we'll treasure for years. It's rare to find an experience that feels both professionally run and genuinely personal. This was one of those days you wish you could bottle up and repeat. Highly recommend--this is a must-do if you're in the Venice area and want a perfect day on the water.
