I had all of my medical records sent over, yet he decided to lower my prescription dosage without even telling me, I found out when I got my medicine and it didn't look the same as it had for the past 8 years. This man had not even taken the time to know me or trust the doctors I'd been seeing my whole life. This was not an accident, when I confronted the problem he acknowledged it was on purpose. Needless to say I switched doctors and have been SO happy with my choice. (Cochran in Midland- 5 stars) He also prescribes my husband antibiotics no matter what his symptoms are. "All signs point to this being a viral infection but here, have some antibiotics!" Aside from that being absolutely redundant, any doctor knows antibiotics should not be given that often but he does not hesitate in the slightest. Anyway. Worst experience, truth be told I would not even recommend him to my worst enemy.

They took my arrival slip they ask you to fill out when you arrive. By 10 AM, my presence had still not even been acknowledged. I asked about the appointment and staff was clueless about the appointment. They ultimately asked if I wanted to reschedule. I opted not to, I really don't have any confidence in this place. If I went through with the ultrasound with them, with what I'd seen and the lack of professionalism, I saw nothing that would have given me any confidence in any service they provided either way, I will have to look for another provider,

They are great when we are face to face, mostly. The wife is harder to talk to and she seems irritated when having to speak to me about my moms care. I am her caregiver, she lives with me and I cook, clean and care for her ever day needs but the Dr. doesn't care to hear me out most of the time and that is not good. My mom had dementia and the Dr will ask her questions she can not remember and can not fully explain, so when I step in to help the Dr seems aggravated and rolls her eyes or ignores me. I left room once because I was upset and how she treated me. I don't care about Me as long as My mom is happy, so I continue to take her with them. Heart Dr. seems to listen to us more and seems to care more. But when it come down to calling the office, getting prescriptions filled it takes forever to get things done. They order test but rarely call us with results. I have to wait a few weeks, call and call and leave message after message to get them. I have had to go in and speak to the front desk to get across to them that my mom needs meds filled or to know out come of lab and test. I wish they would just get back to my mom and treat our questions and concerns better.

I can't ever get them to call in prescriptions they require me to take timely. My husband was prescribed antibiotics, however, by the time they called it in, he didn't need them anymore. Referrals takes weeks and the excuse I get each time? They are short handed. This is the second time I've made it to the scheduled appt and had to leave because the referral was not called in. This latest one... I've been waiting for a week and a half. Spoke to the dr himself who also said would get done but hasn't. Last info received... it will get I Done today. They continue to see patients but fail to follow through on patient care after the visit. I do not recommend anyone going to see these physicians. They have no control over staff or office process. I've requested to speak with an office manager and all I get is that he is out of the office and will not be in until Friday. I will be switching my primary care physician.

Later on I experienced an issue of not being able to see the doctor because I didn't have my medicine with me. I had no prior knowledge that I needed to bring it until I showed up for the appointment. I was asked to go home for it and my appointment would be rescheduled. I feel the entire situation was very unfair. Multiple times I called asking for call backs and they never happened. This situation resulted in me leaving the clinic for another one. I informed this clinic and they couldn't care less. Since leaving I have not been contacted by this clinic. I'm glad that I left it. I do give the doctor I saw credit for changing medication and making recommendations that worked. I'm appreciative of the help and advice. However being turned away over something I had no prior knowledge of is pretty lame. No communication with the clinic I had brought it up. Even a conversation the day before my appointment. No text message brought it up. I had important information to share with the doctor pertaining to my medical records that was ignored. The information was related to a diagnosis of autism. I feel completely justified in how I responded to this situation. I couldn't even speak with the clinic director. This all felt deliberate.

I made it to said appt only to wait 45 to an hour for a PA that didn't know why I was there and left little to no knowledge of my pain management. How about if ur going to call yourself a primary care Dr you act like it. All I heard was chickens squeaking from my door making me even more uneasy with the level of unprofessionalism.
