And even though I haven't been in that account since that day, in 2 years, they're not only refusing to give me my money, but they're taunting me online and Daring me to do whatever it is, I have to do to get my money back. And they're not even denying that they stole it from me and that they illegally obtained it fraudulently, they didn't even deny it. And then they tell me that I better have proof even after I just told them that there's customer services was slow enough to not pay attention to what they were doing, and they sent me all. The ledgers that I needed To not just press criminal charges, but to file a laws. Uit and they're still refusing to just rightfully return every penny. They took they think it's funny. They think there's nothing that can happen to them when they steal from people when they don't shut down the account when they've been told to buy the customer and then left it open to bleed the customer drive. And then they think it's funny. I need all the help I can get. And I've got every bit of evidence and I've got the 2 years worth of proof even they, at times had said in their Gmail there, shut my account down over the past 2 years and never did they just kept opening it. The second that money would hit my bank. They would my account would go from closed to open again without me doing it. So there's any lawyers out there I need you. Because I already sent all the information to the f b I uptown , des moines here where I live and over to the police department , but i'm not gonna stop until I get every dime in they get prosecuted

This was very important to me, as I need to understand the why and the how behind the decisions I make. From the get go, I could tell Mike's heart was coming from the right place, and he truly had my best interests in mind. Krista joined Mike's team very early in my time with Mike, and she has been an amazing partner from the start. They've seen me through two home purchases, a marriage, a career change, and expanding my family. There are a lot of decisions to be made through all those events, and they've never let me down. So when Mike and Krista left their "large company" employer to start their own Wealth Management Company, there wasn't a chance that I wouldn't follow them. Once you find a trusted financial adviser, you stick with them. I would (and have) recommend Mike and Krista to everyone, especially those looking for someone to help guide you through your future, including all the changes that happen along the way.

I have used…read moreSchwab, Fidelity, Prudential, eTrade, and Chase in the past and used them as comparison. At John Hancock their call center is 100% based in Philippines at all hours of the day & night. The call reps don't get measured on answering questions accurately, or providing any amount of customer service, rather only on speed of answer. THAT'S IT! They were of no help at all. The website indicated to call their 800 number for information on 401k questions, yet the the call rep constantly referred me back to the website for information (that wasn't present). The call felt like a 'who's on first?' episode. Even at the end of the call when they asked had they answered all my questions, and I indicated they did NOT help with my concerns... the response said it all... 'excellent, have a nice day', and they hung up! This is the fourth call I've had with them, and I can't wait to move my money OUT of that place. Stay away from this firm. Whatever promises are being made in local offices, or by brokerage firms trying to sign you or your company up... I PROMISE you will be sorry later.
