I totally agree with the other reviews so I called them about a pawn from my Mentally Disabled girlfriend and because I asked the cough,cough Manager twice about it he got irritated and when I said are you sure it's still there because of we come down there to get it out or pay on it and it's been sold then I'm going to get agitated....NOT ONLY DID HE START BECOMING VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BUT HE ALSO STARTED SPOUTING OFF I " THREATENED " HIM which I clearly did not LMAO and again when I called to also find out how to FILE a complaint against him and wouldn't you know it THERE IS NOT A WAY ACCORDING to the lady who answered the phone to file a complaint against any EMPLOYEE.... So when I also told her that we're filing a lawsuit against first national pawn she threatened or sorry she said oh you're threatening me people that work there must be stupid and ignorant and morons down below the picture of the law of verbal threats you really need to read up on it because you people are f****** stupid And sorry I had to actually add one star but I never would have added any stars because first national isn't nothing but rude like these other reviews say when things don't go their way and they don't get their asses kissed they get violent and I'm going to tell you right now the next time one of y'all get violent with me come talk to me to my face and then we'll see how big of a man you really are and see how tough and bad you really are cuz you're all ex-con piece of s**** read more

I had the most excellent experience while dealing with every employee at First National Pawn. The price they quoted was very fair and reasonable. I had a hard time getting back to Grand Junction in order to get an item I had pawned. Clay was my angel. He held the ring and did not sell it when they had every right to. He was accommodating and kind. I wish all businesses had the same excellent customer skills and professionalism the folks at First National Pawn have. Do not do any business with First National Pawn. The so called manager Landon is extremely rude and is a piece of work. They're a bunch if liars. Has no customer service skills. went to first national pawn to bye a tv. they had said that they had a prison tv for sale for $30. I was on my way right away as I needed a tv badly. When I got there they had a tv under the prison tv. This tv I could also play dvd's. I told them that I was living with 8 dudes sharing rent. They laughed. Then said you poor guy. It's yours for $38. Then laughing they asked if I needed head phones so I couldn't here all the dudes. They set me up good!!!!! read more

The staff are always helpful and courteous. I go there, at least, one a week and have never experienced poor service. Their prices are fair and if an issue arises, the staff have been very accommodating in resolving it. I highly recommend this pawn shop. read more

Took in some things to pawn. Got a reasonable amount for it..... But when I went to pay it off about a week later, I was informed that since it was less than 10 days that my interest was only 10%. Saved me lots of cash.... Well done read more
