Recently opened my account, didn't even get my other accounts switched over there yet, and I just…read moreclosed it. Where do I start? I had to come back two different times just to be able to open an account because it was taking so long, opened my young daughter an account at the same time, And they didn't tell us things like she can't use Mobile deposit even though I asked about it, or that her checks from work would be on hold for a couple weeks. I called today with a question about the proper way to endorse a check before I deposit it, I did exactly what they said, drove there, and they wouldn't let me deposit it because what the person on the phone told me WASN'T the correct way! then told me there would be a hold on it even though it is literally a refund check from the IRS! I've never had so much back-and-forth from a bank, one person tells you one thing and then someone tells you another. I don't have time to deal with it, and I won't when I'm doing my banking. I'll stick with my other bank. They might be out of town, but it's worth driving a little bit, they're much more respectable and don't jerk you around.

This should have easily been accomplished over my lunch hour and it was not. Even though I was repeatedly told someone would be right with me, that was not my experience. After a long wait, where apparently the other customer service rep disappeared and the other remained busy, I left and took my business elsewhere. Maybe this branch is great with existing customers but not with new customers.

all i needed was my notary paper from my school signed by a notary. it would take 1 minute maximum…read more he continued to tell me that i could wait an hour then he would sign it because he's an hour behind on appointments, but i was in the wells fargo for about 20 minutes and he was helping someone right before me for that entire 20 minutes instead of tending to his actual appointment that was sitting in his office. this bank also only had one actual banker, be better wells fargo. i went to another place after this and they signed my paper immediately.

My husband recently opened a savings account with this bank. I went with him to add me as a…read morebeneficiary. The teller was new. We were the only people in the bank. Again. Not many customers. And has recently merged with heritage. I'm guessing for customers. The one Teller was new and failed to close out her computer so we could continue our business on a bank managers computer. This bank manager was behaving strangely. She kept asking if it was my account not my husband's. We said many no. It's my husband, account. It should have said that on the account. Manager acted nervous and was making stupid jokes to the point of rudeness. Inaccurate and incompetent. I don't recommend this bank for anyone. My husband has agreed to move his account to a more secure and professional bank at the next deposit.
