Unlike it's new neighbor up the street, this building looks exactly like one of the houses in the neighborhood. I almost drove right past it when I was looking to make a withdrawal from the ATM. Big plus being that you can use the ATM here and not be charged a fee regardless of what banking institute you use. The only downfall is that traffic along Menoher can be horrible. That makes entrance and exit from this spot a real treat.

It appears to be a newer building and lot as it is the only establishment on the road. The building is beautiful as it is new and they have a decent sized lot. Their drive thru was amazing. The ATM was an up to date machine that was easy to use and made for a quick vehicular banking for me. To note, it is on a busy road that connects commercialized zones in the area. This location does make it a bit easier to enter the roadway as it appears to have its own signal light. Well, I mean they share the intersection with a business across the street as well.

She and her boss, Mark McLaughlin (sp?) were FULL of EXCUSES as to why this happened and why none of it was their fault. It's been over 2 months and we still haven't heard from the one insurance company. VERY BAD customer service at this location. Would NOT recommend ANYONE doing business here.

I can confidently give First Security a 5 star rating as they deserve every bit of it for their professionalism and all around kindness. I have always been made to feel comfortable to call and request a policy and always felt like I was top priority to First Security. My opinion of this business is based on my dealings with Dee who has been my agent since the beginning. Dee is customer service driven and works extremely hard to take care of whatever problems you may encounter. I am the type of person who asks tons and tons of questions and she never once gave me the impression that she was annoyed; she always answered every single question with understanding and patience. She keeps open and timely communication to allow for transparency and advises you with your best interests in mind. Furthermore, Dee also knows that I am a person, not just a customer, and she takes interest in how I am doing. I would recommend Dee to anybody who is needing insurance. You won't find a friendlier person than Dee and you feel extremely satisfied to use First Security.

Which is odd, because this is by far one of the newest looking locations out there. When I say this is a nice looking location it really is. It's a modern looking building in this town. By far the newest looking one out there in this town. You can see why I thought this would be an easy and quick stop. I pulled in and around to the drive thru ATM. I had prepared ahead of time with my check for deposit. I though it was going to be a quick deposit. Nope. The ATM, even with the building looking new, was not a new fancy ATM. Instead, the ATM spit out an envelop. I had to dig for a pen to fill out the envelope and hope that no one pulled up behind me. No on needs that anxiety at an ATM.
