Then there is an island that offers drive thru banking. The odd part here is that there is basically a bank on the island as well. Not sure why it is set up this way, but it is. Why wasn't the drive thru banking connected to the building that would eliminate there being two buildings that need to be staffed? These are question I think of during my late night vehicular banking. Not knowing that this is how it was set up made for an interesting visit. I pulled in and tried to figure out where the drive thru was. Especially since the sign boasts they have drive up ATM. I pulled into the lot and proceeded to make my way around the building and had no idea on the setup beforehand. I make my way over to the island and instead of pulling in and doing business, you have to drive around the island. That way you are facing the wrong way if you have intentions of reentering Route 30. It's disorienting, but not a deal breaker. ATM is of the latest technology, touch screen, no envelope needed. Made for a great stop and let's me know that I have a place to stop quickly on my way home to do my banking.

This is my local PNC bank that I come to about once a week. I normally have my baby with me so I…read moretypically go through the drive through to get cash out. I swear the machine is broke about every few times I go. The tellers are so sweet but the lines are always so long if you need to go inside. I opened a few accounts here and always have a good experience. Would hope for shorter lines and machines that don't break as often - otherwise a good experience.

Maybe even consider opening an account with them. This location is located up off of Route 30 near the turnpike interchange. if you have your eyes completely on the road at all times, you will not see it as it sits up from the road and might not be able to notice it. That is unless you intentionally go up that way for Starbucks. Pull up and you can tell it is a newer location because of the style of the building. The lot is actually set up nicely and easy to maneuver. Drive up ATM was of the newest technology. Few taps of the fingers and I was able to do my thing and be on my way. Only if all banks were like this where they take deposits no matter what.

Unlike other banks this is brand new and the drive thru situation is not like traditional branches. The drive thru ATM is is built into the building with no other drive thru lanes. Not only is it in the building but very close to the corner of the building which is awkward if you are doing vehicular banking. If you enter the lane from behind the bank you will have to reposition your vehicle in order to even get close to the ATM. However, no matter how much you reposition you will never be close enough. And it does not help if you enter from the road closest to the ATM. In fact, I had to get out of my vehicle to use the ATM. After all the vehicle leapfrogging and having to get out of my vehicle I still was not able to complete my vehicular banking. After all that.

Key Bank took 4 months to resolve a problem that one of their broken ATMs caused…read more Their broken ATM seized my card for no reason causing me months of ongoing inconvenience. From June 2025 to October 2025 I have been on the phone with KeyBank trying to resolve this issue and although I could not get a new card I was offered nothing in compensation for my months of inconvenience because of their incompetence. This…read moreusually happens on my way home from work since I don't work normal hours, which means it is usually later in the day after banks have closed. Leaving me to do vehicular banking as I have come to call it. The Irwin area is known as a turnpike interchange and with that you have a lot of businesses in a concentrated area that are vying for your business. One such business is banks, there are a ton of bank branches in this stretch of commercial properties. KeyBank is situated on the road that connects to the Walmart plaza. On this stretch newer businesses and plazas are currently being added. After leaving the Walmart plaza I decided to stop here to make a deposit. Which was great, no one was at the drive thru ATM so I go about my business. Needless to say, and I wish I would have known this prior, but KeyBank is another one that doesn't allow for deposits if you do not bank with them. Or at least with the bank I am with. All it takes is one visit to one branch to figure this out.
