In my case, someone stole my identity and I found out the hard way that these people can and will do nothing for me even though I sent in an initial payment, which they kept even after accomplishing nothing and I even asked for a refund form the 'owner' several times for non-performance. Basically I'm putting feelers out there to see which banks are ones that I can actually do banking with. I honestly didn't know it was a bank for the longest time. It blends in well with the surrounding buildings that when driving by in your car you do not notice it. What you really don't notice is the fact that this location has a drive thru area tucked away to the right of the building and down the alley. There is a drive up window if you need to do actual banking with this branch. But they have a drive up ATM as well. It is a newer ATM that is all touch screen/no envelope. Makes for an easy stop. Just be careful when entering/leaving this place. It is on a very narrow road that also leads to the hotel in town. There is a parking lot back here too which makes it a bit more confusing. I may have ran over the curve because I didn't know you needed to go to the end of the lot to "enter."

Like most banks you can "deposit" your check remotely by taking an image of both the front and back. Their ATMs are free at all places noted by "Allpoint" whenever you are traveling. They offer free checking. I have received very good customer service each time I visit but the best thing I like is how their online banking works. Once you set it up and link your account you can add merchants from either a drop-down menu or "add your own" if you don't see one listed. You can also pay a person. When the merchant is added it will show you the number of days the amount you specify paid will be deposited in that merchant's account. The money is normally withdrawn immediately unless you schedule a future payment. The vendor will still get it in the time-frame specified. If they need to cut a bank check then the process is a little longer. The best part I like is that if the merchant fails to receive your payment by the guarantee due date and if it coincides with your payment due date then the bank will take responsibility for it after an investigation. Like most banks they offer credit cards as well as debit and their interest rate is not the greatest but that is to be expected. They now offer "Apple pay" if you are tech savvy and wish to use your IPhone with a certified vendor. They do have a "funds availability" once you deposit a check. So please don't think the entire amount is immediately available. Check with the bank on this matter. They only time funds are immediately available is when you are making a cash deposit. I've been relieved of having to worry about sending large sums of money though the mail when the occasion arises through this system.
