If you are a "omg, please God don't give me a muscadine grape" this can be your tour. We had three ladies on our tour who are very into wines and who have traveled the world doing wine tours, while we didn't go home with a case of wine, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of North Georgia wineries. When you approached the door from the line of attendance, they ask to see your appointment confirmation. I was literally in and out of this place in 26 mins and was asked to come back on the next business day to retrieve my new passpoprt! Going through the metal detector was a breeze as well. I was able to make an appointment before my trip and received a new passport the same day as my appointment! The website was clear and easy to follow, everyone was very organized, efficient, and polite. I arrived early and was seen and processed within 15 minutes. Received a text 2 hours later saying my passport was ready. I received early bird parking($14) at the parking lot behind cuts which lasted all day to go and come. The agency itself is well marked at the 230 building as they have security outside who will verify your appointment before you can enter.
