EVERY YEAR, EVERY SINGLE POLICY WAS CANCELLED due to inaccurate quotes, improper coverage, failure to maintain office records, or maintain mailing addresses. I have needed to find NEW coverage at an increased rate every year because they drop the ball EVERY TIME. Despite countless attempts to resolve issues related to simple mailing addresses, cancellations, or requests for documents, they refuse to respond to emails or return calls. Upon the most recent cancellation, I found out that the policy wasn't even the correct coverage. Now I am without insurance on 2 of my homes and attempting to find new coverage. However agents at Rick Gibbs REFUSE to provide me with copies of the inspection reports which I paid for on my homes. Do yourself a favor, find another option for insurance... DO NOT USE RICK GIBBS INSURANCE unless you want to be left without coverage and forced to pay more to reinstate.

The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because they do have some agents that are not too great, but the reason I love them is because the manager Dena (a former agent) is AMAZING and will always step in when needed. Dena has helped us ensure multiple properties, and she is very focused when we need things done to close a deal. She is one in a million.

Our car was rear ended at a red light, minor damage. Had appointment setup to have car repaired. Husband of driver that hit out car was also there to pay the bill (they wanted to avoid insurance). They asked, Nelson, if their car could have caused the dent on the rear of our car, he said no. Huh? The women admitted to hitting our car. Nelson, was not present when the accident happened, nor should he give his useless opinion on what caused the damage to our car. Do yourself a favor take your car to Classic Collision Tamarac - they are rock stars. We called the woman's insurance company they directed us to Classic Collision. Classic Collision handled everything, even arranged for the rental car. Long story short, we tried to be nice and let the woman pay to fix the car directly. We took the time to get three bids and help the woman out, in the end we should've gone directly to her insurance company. Auto Collision Teck lost out on a repair - you can thank, Nelson. The older woman's insurance will most likely go up and we wasted a lot of time trying to be nice. All over, Nelson and a stupid old man (husband).
