Then my wait time was only about 30 seconds. The lady who did my pedicure and manicure was incredibly friendly and professional. She was also very meticulous at her work and worked more diligently than any of the previous businesses. It took her a little longer because she worked harder than the other businesses. On my…read moresecond visit the owner who also was the manicurist made my cuticle bleed with her tools, she put a cotton ball on it and walked away talking on the phone. A couple of her staff came over and put some type of gell on my cuticle to stop the bleeding. I said I refused to pay for manicure but still paid for the half of a pedicure that I received. I chose to return as I live close to salon. This visit, the owner was very nasty with me and said that I must pay up front. I did as she asked, she never apologized instead blamed me because I didn't pay. The pedicurist burned my foot due to hot water. When I asked for a foot massage she put a hot towel on my foot. I paid for the services and even have a modest tip. I will not return I now have fungus on my nails. I am through with, Tnails.

The started out making sure the water temperature was to my satisfaction (some nail shops don't ask that, they adjust once they have frozen or burned your feet off). Then the nail tech turned the massager on for me and encouraged me to relax. After a moment of relaxation, he came and begin the pedicure. He included an extensive massage, soak, and more. I was shocked to even have the wax at the the end of the pedi. It's literally like the icing on the cake. It was amazing. The salon was clean and organized and everyone were kind and courteous. You also have to wear mask and they have COVID guidelines in place. I can't wait to go back!

Yelp stated that this place opened at 9AM and it also showed that it accepted walk ins. I arrived at 9AM. It is inside a building with other rented suits. The suit door was locked at 9AM and when i pushed the doorbell ring, no one answered. Hours should be updated if no one plans to be available for walk ins on a Saturday morning.
