This OBGYN practice goes well over above and beyond! In the 20 years I've been going here, I have…read morenever had NOT ONE bad experience. Recently I suffered my second miscarriage in six months. Leading up to it, the doctors/nurses/staff were very responsive to all of my questions and concerns. And as we all know, being pregnant after a miscarriage is scary. Being in the medical field myself, I know how busy and hectic it can be, especially as OBYGN's who are not only working to see patients in the office, but also delivering babies and performing major abdominal surgeries....and not to mention other office procedures and MUCH more things that happen behind the scenes like insurance, charting, pharmacy calls etc.... I could write a book. The point is, this practice is stellar. Additionally, Dr. Courtney Walters SAVED my life 11 years ago! So now that I can write a review online, I will share that experience too. After my C-section I caught a nasty virus which lead me to the ER for IV fluids. That IV site ended up throwing a DVT "clot" in my arm. I initially thought it was just another staph infection as the symptoms looked the same (I had one a week or so before). So Dr. Walters saw me and treated me for an infection with antibiotics...cut and dry...one would think. However, thanks to Dr. Walters thinking about me and my case at 7 in the evening while I am sure she was having dinner with her family, literally saved my life. She called me personally that evening and sent me to the ER to have a sonogram done on the site that we thought was infected. Turns out it was a blood clot and I was admitted and taken care of with no major issues. Thank God!!! The diagnosis could have been easily missed since I presented just like an infection. If it wasn't for Dr. Courtney Walters, I could have been dead or left with brain damage from a stroke. She was extremely thorough with my case and I couldn't be anymore grateful. And it's not just Dr. Walters, it's her nurse Wendy, NP Cindy Farmer AND every doctor in that practice. I have referred all of my friends and family to this practice. In fact, my sister saw doctor Katrina Allen for her pregnancy. I would trust the entire medical staff with my life. So if you're looking for a great OBGYN, you're at the right place. They have a hard job,but they do it with grace and respect!

I tried calling to get an appt several days in a row last month and sat on hold for 10+ minutes waiting on someone to answer my call - never was able to get a hold of anyone. So I decided to look for a new doctor elsewhere, and I've now been trying to get my full medical records sent to the new place, but again can't get anyone on the phone to fax them over. This experience over the past 2 months has been the poorest customer service I've ever experienced.

Extremely Disappointed with My Visit…read more I had a very frustrating and concerning experience at this office. I arrived at 1:15 PM for an ultrasound, and despite my appointment with Dr. Hartman being scheduled for 1:45, I wasn't placed in a room until 2:45. A staff member came in and told me I needed to see the PA because the doctor was extremely behind. I clearly said I did not want to see the PA and was willing to wait for Dr. Hartman because I didn't have anything else to do that day. But when the doctor finally came in, she told me my appointment had already been reassigned to the PA completely ignoring what I had requested. When Dr. Hartman did see me, she admitted to getting only 2 hours of sleep over 3 days and said she almost didn't come in. She looked so exhausted that I was genuinely concerned about her ability to provide safe care. She was struggling to keep her eyes open. She hadn't reviewed my chart beforehand, glossed over my ultrasound results, and dismissed concerns about how my medication could be affecting my health because it wasn't "her department." I left feeling dismissed, unheard, and like my concerns weren't taken seriously especially since I'm not trying to conceive, which seems to impact how you're treated here. I was at the office for over three hours, and no one made an effort to notify me ahead of time about the significant delay. The lack of communication and coordination among staff was unacceptable. After my appointment on May 7th, I followed up when no clinical notes, after-visit summary, or ultrasound results were posted to MyChart within two days. I was told it could take "a few days," and that Dr. Hartman had only had two hours of sleep over three days, was post-call, and performing surgery the day after my visit. This is deeply concerning not only was I left without timely access to my records, but it also raises serious questions about how safe and sustainable it is for providers to be making medical decisions and performing surgery in such an exhausted state.

I love the nurses and staff but when asked if I could switch doctors they said I wasn't allowed! So…read moreI switched offices! I've never heard of not being able to change doctors especially when I only ever see my Nurse Practitioner Kara who I love and I've never actually met a doctor there!
