The staff are very friendly and efficient. I feel like a valued customer/client, not just a "number", like at so many other banks!

Apparently she was not in a mood to even try. just, oh sorry, I can't locate your account. going to go to another locati9n that hopefully has better customer service.

My partner and I recently become full time locals of this area but we still travel a lot so my…read morepartner is unwilling to switch his bank, however he is head of household, and while I am unemployed he is the one paying our bills. In an attempt to be more fiscally conservative with our money we decided it best that we take our cash out when he receives his veterans disability pay each month, and envelope it so we can track our spending more easily and save some money for his dogs surgery. We came in at the end of January, 1/30/24 as he'd received his pay for February, and we asked a blonde gal if we were to do a meta cash transfer using Facebook meta, if I would be able to take it out that day. She explained that as long as it completed as a transaction and showed the full funds available, then yes. So we first tried a smaller payment of 500$ with her in line and she said that went through, so then we left the store, discussed it and he sent another 500$ and when i could see on the app it went through we sent the remaining 1000$, hopped back in line and withdrew the whole 2000$ on 1/30. The teller who gave us the money even asked the gal we initially spoke with, "is it okay that it shows completed, but pending to dispense the funds?" She said yes. The following month we go in to do the same thing. It was 2/28/24, the teller we went to was the same teller. My account had a negative balance for a maintenance fee of 6.95$ my partner sent me a payment on 2/28 of 150$ and that covered my balance and left me with 143.05$, he then sent me another 2000$, the teller asks the same question, "is it okay that I am dispensing this though it says pending?" She was told yes and gave me 2143.05$. Now we're caught up. I come in today, my partner has sent me only 2000$ this time in one transaction, it covers the monthly maintenance fee, and leaves the account with 1993.05$, I go in to withdraw, the same way I have the previous 2 months. The same teller, again, asking the same question, again, this time a heavy set Latina woman says yes but then quickly says no. I asked why, I did it the last two months, at this branch, with this teller. She first tells me it's because my account had a negative balance from the fee, and I said it did last month too, and yet I walked out of here with more than I am asking for now when the meta transaction took place the same day, then too, so why is this different? She said if the money were to be retracted the bank would be out 2000$ I said I get that but what I am asking is why was I able to do it last month and the month before that, at this branch with this teller but now I can't? All she could say is they can't do it until it posts, they wouldn't even give me the minimum she told me I had to go pull it out of the atm, which was really ridiculous since I already went in and made the effort to pull the money out, the least they could've done is give me the minimal balance I would've been able to get from the atm, but she wouldn't explain or even tell me what the most I was able to even take out or why they wouldn't do it for me. So I come back the next day, the same teller I'd worked with before sees me, and I can tell she is laughing about not wanting to help me, super subtle, so the latina chick helps me. I pulled up my app to show her why I was so upset yesterday, she looked for two seconds and then steered away from the app because "we're focused on the transaction today" all I'm trying to show her is that, during the transaction on 2/28 your branch did in fact withdraw those funds, to me, 2143.05$ which SHOWS IN MY APP AS LEAVING MY ACCOUNT THAT DAY WITH A -2000$ BALANCE, AND THE META TRANSACTION COMPLETING ON 2/29. All I wanted was for her to say, you're right, we did mess up by giving you funds from your account before the transaction completed last month, moving forward we do have to completely wait until it's posted and final. Instead she was a totally rude bitch to me and asked me if I wanted to close my account and wouldn't even own up to the fact that your branch dropped the ball last month. And dispersed my funds before a transaction was completed. You can't dispute the transaction history in my account. Totally unprofessional. Especially considering how long I've banked with you. A simple fucking apology. It's not that hard I was in customer service for 15 years lady. Not hard to fake some empathy.
