The claims department is trying to weasel out of paying a claim for my son's car. They are now denying my claim, even though they were more than happy to take the payments from me. I will be pulling all of my insurance with Allstate and finding a carrier that will be a better score on the national scale. I can no longer recommend this office for insurance needs and will never be back.

I have contacted the escrow officer many times to find out and make sure the most current up to date documents are on file since they didn't express an interest when they sent me the corrected closing documents and had already received signed forms from me with the wrong figures again due to their clerical error. The escrow officer has never returned my call. Hopefully I don't get the men in the black suites knocking on my door claiming I committed fraud.
