    This is the worst bank I have ever done business with. I am closing my account with them and never…read morelooking back. Unlike other banks, payments at this bank don't process on your account for nearly a week in many cases. If a payment is refunded for any reason, you will have a hold for that amount on your account for a bare minimum of 2 weeks. Their banking app is literal trash. You can't do transfers or remote deposits from it. The menu options are there to do a transfer or remote deposit, they just don't do anything or say you don't have access to that function. The apps only function is to show you your current balance. The app does NOT tell you when you have a negative balance! Rather than use a negative sign, they put parenthesis around your balance, which is 100% misleading. They're just out here trying to get those NSF fees from you. Which, by the way, you can call them and tell them to ALWAYS decline payment when your account is negative, but the woman I spoke to on the phone said that whether they pay the charge for you or not you will still get charged that $33 NSF fee. Even if they don't pay it for you! That's ridiculous in my opinion, and a huge detail they never even bothered to mention at sign up. The app itself has locked me out of my own account the past 2 weekends and I have not been able to access my balance. I have had to call two different weeks in a row to have it fixed... but because their hours are the bare minimum, that meant I was completely in the dark about my own bank balance until they opened on Monday. They do NOT have an emergency line or any way to contact anyone for help when something goes awry. Want to reset your pin to get access to your own online banking account? Well, you'll have to wait until Monday morning to contact this bank. Each time I've asked what's going on or why my app/online banking kept locking me out, they've just told me "we don't know what is going on," or (even worse) "it's your fault. It's your app, it's your phone, it's your internet browser," and then rushed me off the phone. First of all, that's not how that works-- I have two other bank accounts and have never had issues like I have had with this bank. Second of all, this has happened two weeks in a row! The first time is might be a fluke in their crappy system, but the second time it more than certainly needs to be addressed rather than brushed off. Because I couldn't access the app And had no way to reach anyone over the weekend, I did not know how much I had in my account. So of course something comes out and that leaves me in the negative and they charge me NSF fees. We declined overdraft protection, so our card should have declined in that event, but it did not. I tried to call the bank to figure out the issue and the woman I spoke to HUNG UP ON ME. They do not listen to your problems and spend the entire time yelling over you while you're trying to explain the issue you are having or tell them what is going on. In conclusion, this bank is wholly unprofessional. If you're considering opening a bank account with them, don't waste your time or your money for that matter. You're better off going down the street to Regions than using this backwoods barn they call a bank.

Other staff however are very friendly…read more If your considering working for the company make sure you look the part and have no issues in life because management is not understanding. I had to go through two interviews and a drug test. All three I passed and was offered a job. I was told I would be coming in only to do paperwork as it wasn't my location. My father happened to be admitted to the hospital and was being discharged this day and needed to be picked up. He's a military veteran whose spent many days in a hospital from being wounded at war and obviously doesn't like them and was ready to come home. I informed Mrs. Magness I needed to pick him up after I finished my paperwork and she immediately had an issue saying I was supposed to work that day. I informed her my mother was in the car and I could take her to her vehicle and come backas I was told it would only be paperwork. She says no and ask me to come the next day. I politely agreed and told her any time she needed was fine. Now to begin this part let me say I was never informed of any dress codes or policies, however I was dressed nicely. She looks me up and down and notices a small tattoo on my arm. With the worst "eww your such trash I'm better than you" look on her face she informs me tattoos must be covered. I completely understood and told her I would make sure they're covered. On my way to pick up my father I revive a phone call and she informed me that she needed someone today although it's a bank and at this time it was already after 12pm so she was obviously lying. I told her I could come back and she rudely said no we're going a different direction. I know for a fact I was denied based off my appearance of body art that I in no way was informed was not allowed. I also know as long as it has taken me and the time I wasted for this position (around a month) there's no way she had someone ready to come in that day at such a random time. So I'm going to stop being polite at this point and to say basically she was an old dried up bitter bitch with her nose turned in the air who thinks she's better than everyone. So if your checking reviews to see how'd it'd be to work here bless you because unless you look perfect to her you will have your job taken right from underneath you.
