    This is the worst bank I have ever done business with. I am closing my account with them and never…read morelooking back. Unlike other banks, payments at this bank don't process on your account for nearly a week in many cases. If a payment is refunded for any reason, you will have a hold for that amount on your account for a bare minimum of 2 weeks. Their banking app is literal trash. You can't do transfers or remote deposits from it. The menu options are there to do a transfer or remote deposit, they just don't do anything or say you don't have access to that function. The apps only function is to show you your current balance. The app does NOT tell you when you have a negative balance! Rather than use a negative sign, they put parenthesis around your balance, which is 100% misleading. They're just out here trying to get those NSF fees from you. Which, by the way, you can call them and tell them to ALWAYS decline payment when your account is negative, but the woman I spoke to on the phone said that whether they pay the charge for you or not you will still get charged that $33 NSF fee. Even if they don't pay it for you! That's ridiculous in my opinion, and a huge detail they never even bothered to mention at sign up. The app itself has locked me out of my own account the past 2 weekends and I have not been able to access my balance. I have had to call two different weeks in a row to have it fixed... but because their hours are the bare minimum, that meant I was completely in the dark about my own bank balance until they opened on Monday. They do NOT have an emergency line or any way to contact anyone for help when something goes awry. Want to reset your pin to get access to your own online banking account? Well, you'll have to wait until Monday morning to contact this bank. Each time I've asked what's going on or why my app/online banking kept locking me out, they've just told me "we don't know what is going on," or (even worse) "it's your fault. It's your app, it's your phone, it's your internet browser," and then rushed me off the phone. First of all, that's not how that works-- I have two other bank accounts and have never had issues like I have had with this bank. Second of all, this has happened two weeks in a row! The first time is might be a fluke in their crappy system, but the second time it more than certainly needs to be addressed rather than brushed off. Because I couldn't access the app And had no way to reach anyone over the weekend, I did not know how much I had in my account. So of course something comes out and that leaves me in the negative and they charge me NSF fees. We declined overdraft protection, so our card should have declined in that event, but it did not. I tried to call the bank to figure out the issue and the woman I spoke to HUNG UP ON ME. They do not listen to your problems and spend the entire time yelling over you while you're trying to explain the issue you are having or tell them what is going on. In conclusion, this bank is wholly unprofessional. If you're considering opening a bank account with them, don't waste your time or your money for that matter. You're better off going down the street to Regions than using this backwoods barn they call a bank.
