We worked with a lady named Joni and she gave the most exceptional wonderful service. I cannot brag on her enough. I was coming to this bank after my other bank account had been hacked. She definitely made me feel safe and comfortable using them as my bank. With that being said, I had tons of security questions and such. She answered the ones she could and any other questions I had that she did not know the answer to, she told me she would get back to me. She did follow up and get back to me for everything. Wonderful service you do not see anymore. I am so pleased with the employees of this bank! I also, had to call them today about a deposit and Joni was with a customer so I spoke with a lady named Ashley. She was just as amazing and exceptional! If you are looking for a great bank with amazing employees who actually care, choose this bank! I am so extremely glad we did!

Called the bank to be told that what the lady really meant was if it got in before the registers closed at 4:30, not when the bank closes at 5:30. That is very misleading and my family doesn't have grocery money for the weekend now and the bank is saying that it wasn't there error.

I sent it through and waited and waited. An SUV pulled into lane 4. About a minute later, the display came on and the young man asked me if he could help me. Not long after, I heard the tube lane 4 come down and the SUV drove off, a little later a receipt for my deposit came, I pulled off and immediately called into the bank and asked for the manager. I was told the manager was in a meeting and would call me back. This was 8:39 AM yesterday. I've called twice today and he's not available.
