She was also helpful to me just coming out of a recent hand surgery and having a hard time writing. The tech Mr. David made me feel comfortable and relaxed as a patient dealing with anxiety of having an MRI and being claustrophobic. He remained patient, respectful and calm while I felt overwhelmed. The manager Ms. Shelley was more than willing to assist me in the dressing room while struggling to change to the proper attire fit for the MRI due to me wearing a skirt. I had a hard time changing due to the hand surgery. She kept it discreet and private. No one else knew I was struggling in that area. You have found your surgeon, staff and hospital! Now for details. I was given Dr. Bagnato's name from a friend. A referral was made through my PCP and consult visit was set up. With my insurance, I had prerequisites that had to be fulfilled prior to surgery. The staff made sure I understood what they were, gave me handout information and made referrals to in-network physicians. After six long months, I was able to make the call to schedule surgery and schedule pre-op. The staff has been so unbelievably polite and friendly. Not once have I had the vibe of "I hate my job." They have always been smiling, caring, approachable and accommodating and this has not gone unnoticed. Pre-operative education class were beneficial. Office is comfortable, open and clean. The office alone has a five star rating. Lastly, Dr. Bagnato's bedside manner is wonderful. He is a busy doctor but once he is in an exam room, he is focused on individual patient needs. If you get nervous in doctor's offices, make a list of questions. He is very open to questions and doesn't make you feel rushed. I cannot speak highly enough about my experiences in the past year.

I was given the option of having a Covid test and I had it done and thankfully it was negative for all ailments. I left with 4 prescriptions and instructions to come back for a follow-up visit (at no cost) if I didn't feel better in a few days. I've used this facility about 3 times and have been very happy with the care I received and I would recommend them without hesitation. Certainly better than waiting in an ER for something that can be handled by an urgent care facility.
