I take pretty much all "guarantees" with a grain of salt. "Bring it back"...pffft why would I? You couldn't fix it the First time? More likely, I'll just be dumping more money in sonl you can "half fix it" a 2nd time. One mechanic even told my wife to "hit the dash when her A/C wasn't kicking on...AFTER they fixed it. GTFO... Really!? Cost wasn't exactly on the cheap side...maybe fair, but ONLY if they fix the problem. My impression is they had way more cars than they could handle and were trying to rush them outa there. I went to Big O Tires to get an oil change a few months ago and they were having a deal to get a full car inspection to see if any work needed to be done. So BOT gave me a quote of $1,459.99 to get everything serviced on my car. I didn't get the work done. Well, my total bill at Christian Brothers was $395.15. I'm not the kind of person that knows ANYTHING about cars so I really wouldn't have known better what parts and labor and everything should cost. I'm not saying Big O Tires was trying to take advantage of me buuuuut I meeeaaan... that's a pretty big difference in price. I obviously couldn't be happier!

I was able to take my car in that afternoon and it was taken in right away. They showed me what my brakes currently looked like and made a recommendation for service. Coolant leaked a second time (still under warranty) and Belden's then diagnosed a separate issue. Another shop ran diagnostic tests confirming a leak isolated to the water pump. I'm aware of dealer service pricing, so I asked AI for service shops with reputations for honesty and integrity, and this place was one of the recommended shops. I made an appointment, which was very easy and quick, and Carlos took it in. He recommended reprogramming it, not replacing, got the problem corrected for about $800. Everything is now running smoothly. In addition he pointed out an issue with my battery connection, and I was able to take my car back to the quick oil change place I use and get them to fix it for free. Communication was very good with ASE throughout, they were very friendly and helpful, and I am very happy with the experience. Would definitely use them again!
