Being a rather small operation, as a customer you feel wanted and maybe even pampered by their concern and your well being. It's a family run organization that puts customer service on top. Over the years Bob and Bill have answered all questions and make sure we are aware of all options before they ask us what or where we are directing our assets. Even personal financial advice unrelated to our investments are readily answered. They did a great job managing my daughter's college 529 fund any other issue presented. Phone calls and emails are answered the same day and usually resolved on the spot. I truly feel you can't go wrong here.

Josh always took the time to provide detailed, patient explanations even when Dad came in with a "hot tip he heard in the clubhouse". More importantly, as Dad got older, he took the time to loop in my wife and I to be sure that everyone had all the information, even scheduling extra Zoom meetings for my wife and I when we moved to Texas. Josh and his team responded promptly to all requests and never failed to follow up to be sure that we had everything we needed. When Dad passed last year, Josh and his team helped us file life insurance claims, transfer accounts to Mom, and even when we made the difficult decision to close our account (we consolidated everything with our local Texas advisor), Josh's team helped us get everything promptly squared away. We really appreciate the years we worked with this group.

In that we were getting very close to the tax return deadline date, I placed a call to the office to inquire as to what the status of our return was as we had not heard from anyone. I was told an email had been sent asking for additional information. Unfortunately, it was sent to an email. I do not use often. However, my response to that was they should have called. Their response to that was they did and our number was disconnected. They were calling an old house number from when we lived in Florida back in 2010; even though they had both of our cell phone numbers, no one ever bothered calling us. over the past month, my husband has left numerous messages for Salim, the owner, to please call as my husband had questions about a possible investment property; the return calls never came. Every time my husband called, he was told oh he'll call you either today or tomorrow, oh, his son got married and he has family visiting but he will get back to you, oh, he didn't call you. He will call you. This went on for over a month . I was also told that Donna, who works in the office, was going to drop our return off at my house, but that it would be late in the evening. I waited up she never came. the next day when I spoke to her after I called the office, she said she had her grandchildren and had taken them out. I told her a phone call would have been nice as I waited up for her. I guess they just don't need the business anymore and don't value customers from when they first got into the business. We shall look elsewhere.
