I called and he was booked till Monday but made an exception and came in on Saturday, as our schedule would not allow us to bring the car in on Monday. I brought the car in and the clean probably took about 4 hours, after which, he called me and I picked the car up. The car looked brand new! I was really happy and relieved that I went with my gut and that my money was well spent and was worth it! He even washed the exterior and under the hood, he went over and above! Recently, I decided to have the timing belt changed on it, which is a huge commitment to keeping it for the forseeable future, so it made sense to have it cleaned on the inside and waxed for a change. I am attaching some "after" photos of the inside -- outside views of the car appear elsewhere in my reviews, and while the outside looks great too -- shined up like a jewel -- what the car really needed was some TLC on the inside, and I want to show what a spectacular job was done here. The photos show basically immaculate fabric seating. I can tell you that especially the passenger seat was badly stained prior to this, mostly from food, cola, tea and coffee spills while en route with cardboard cup holders, taking the turns hard as one does with a little rally car. The service is located in an easy-to-access spot, and I had no difficulty finding it. Proprietor is easygoing, friendly, and obviously diligent. Very happy with my results -- car has not looked this great since that day 20 years ago that I drove it off the lot!

How it works is you get your hair cut and/or beard trim while they wash your car. How cool is that? While your getting your hair cut, they have a live feed of your car so you can keep eyes on it. They also do detailing which we opted to do. The quality of the hair cut and beard trim was top notch (Taylor was my hubby's barber) so good in fact family members noticed and commented!! The detailing work was a 10/10. They took almost 2 hours and it cost us $70! Trust me, you need to check these guys out. We're definitely coming back in July as we have to go to a wedding. If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Herbers West Edmonton has been an absolute…read moredisaster from start to finish. I took my vehicle in for basic repairs, and what I got back was a car in significantly worse condition than when I dropped it off. After they had my vehicle for 32 days, my insurance company contacted them for an update. Only then did they admit that their dent removal subcontractor had damaged several pieces while doing the repairs and that they were waiting for parts. Instead of addressing the damage properly, the subcontractor glued the broken pieces back together, clearly hoping I wouldn't notice. The glued pieces didn't hold when they tried to replace the headliner so they had to order the parts. I also discovered missing interior parts, exposed wiring, and a piece of duct tape labeled "damaged" stuck to my trunk. To top it off, I found a random broken-off part in my cup holder with no indication of where it belonged. Beyond the physical damage, the service at Herbers West was dismissive and unhelpful. My original service provider and the receptionist showed little concern for my situation and offered no real assistance. When I went to pick up my vehicle, they couldn't even find a record of my damage deposit payment--even though they remembered me paying it. I had to refuse to pay again. I eventually connected with a service advisor that was helpful, but there wasn't much he could do to help at that point. After all of this, they handed me a $100 gift card as if that could make up for the stress, dishonesty, and damage I endured. I brought in a well-maintained vehicle for basic repairs, and it was returned to me in significantly worse condition, with damage from bumper to bumper. I am still unsure of the full extent of the issues caused by this repair process. Save yourself the headache--Herbers West Edmonton and their third-party repair partners cannot be trusted. Take your business elsewhere.
