I had a…read morecredit card that I hardly used and as a result they decided to not send me a new card when the existing card expired. No letter, no call, no communication at all about it. I called them about the last week in July, to see if it had been sent, and I was told that it was, but it must be delayed in the mail. The card expired July 31. Today, August 1, I called them again, as there was still no card and I was told that they decided since I did not use the card enough, they decided to not send a new one. I have other credit cards, and when you don't use them for a period of time, they will let you know that they will close the card for non use. NOT USX! They just do it! Also have many other stories. Don't even get me started about how they handle calls for a home refinance! They lost that business from us too!

One of the biggest things is that not only do they know my name, they treat me like family. They have helped us a lot to be better with our money. They are always willing to help you make the best financial choices. Our credit rating has gone up. Also they give us a better interest rate on our car loan. They have a couple of different locations and we don't pay a fee to use PNC ATMs. They offer brokerage services, investment planning, retirement IRAs as well as other services. They even have online banking. It's a great institution.

I am surprised at the employee turnover rate because tellers seems to come and go within a year or two it seems. The facility at Sarver is always clean and I'm never more than a couple of customers away from being served. I do wish they were more accommodating daily with longer hours than the closing at 4 pm many days when most workers jobs run til 5 pm. But banks are known for lack of customer convenience. The ATM machine is sheltered from weather but is not very security minded as customers are too close when operating the machine and when crowded, one can see the ATM operator's private info. Their savings rates are average at best and several other financial investment services and banks easily beat their CD rates and interest on accounts. Example: depositing over $4000 a month and daily balance above $2000, they give 2 cents a month in interest. Not worth the ink to record it. Their main quality is simple convenience as there is a severe shortage of banks available near Route 356 and Route 28.

They have always managed to work out any problem. I'm not a huge fan of the $5 monthly fee for checking but it isn't the worst out there. With that they offer credit monitoring and a few other things which is nice. Well not every branch has the virtual live teller Lower Burrell does though and it's awesome!!! Open till 7 m-f and till 2 on Saturdays it is super Convenient and easy to use. They now are also offering free virtual live banking wherever you are just by using the app and your smart phone/device. Now that's pretty cool for a bank. They've accepted mobile deposits for years but this is next level. Also they are part of the Zelle network and using them to send and receive money securely and almost instantly is a breeze! Super awesome and better than PayPal for the friend and family payments. I haven't been in a branch since right around pandemic time but over the years I've made made friends here because the people are so friendly and easy to deal with and remember your name and face and really build relationships just from banking and that's probably the biggest reason no matter what issue I've had here in the past I stay with them. However, on my most recent visit it appears that this plaza has shifted to a more business route than a retail route. Don't get me wrong, there are still retail shops in here, but nothing like it used to be. As for this branch, it is simple. Two stalls to drive thru at, one focusing on the ATM, the other focusing on the true banking. There is a third lane, but that is just a lane to allow those ones that choose to use the ATM on the side of the building. The one that you have to get out of your vehicle for. As for me, I came here for the vehicular banking, so I drove up to the ATM. Newer ATM, allows for deposits no matter your bank. If I remember correctly, no need for envelopes. It was a quick stop, especially since that is what I was looking for.

Pretty prominent and kind of sticks out when everything else around is a golf course and homes. Pretty easy to use ATM. Appreciated that it was situated under the overhang so that I didn't get wet because it was raining. All touchscreen, no envelopes.
