My original escrow company was cyberhacked and this shut down my closing process completely. Days were counting down quickly to my closing date (and end of my rental agreement). Thankfully, ORT took over my file and within a few days of them working tirelessly I was able to close only 2 days later than expected. I honestly believe my closing would have been delayed weeks had I not had the ability to work with ORT to close on my home. I know they worked all hours and did everything possible that they could to help me through such a stressful process as a first time, single, homebuyer. I have an absolutely positive review to give. These folks are ALWAYS nice and seem to know a high percentage of those who come thru the door whenever I am there. I have never experienced difficulties here and get treated the same whether I've just finished working in the yard or am heading out all dressed up. It's essential that the bank I use has a bill payer online system, which US Bank does. The problem is, whenever I try to get into it, the system tells me I'm using the wrong password (I'm not). After several tries, it tells me the system cannot be accessed. I have checked online to see whether i'm doing something wrong, and I see a lot of similar complaints by other customers. I have complained to the bank more than once, and nothing has happened. The branch office I use is fine, but they cannot do anything about the faulty computer system. Sadly, I'm about to take my account back to Chase.

It's been a few years since I've had to go into a bank and cash a check but it has never been a fun experience. Since I'm an adult, nobody understands why I can't just deposit it into my bank and normally bank tellers will make me feel like a complete loser because I don't have a bank account and then they will push a bank account on me hard-core they will ask me for five pieces of ID fingerprint before they cost find charge me to cash app but it's the Teylar does it do it for me!
