Im going to start off by mentioning that my family has been going to this practice for the last 4…read moreyears since my firstborn and we have been happy with them until today. The experience that we had today was honestly very suprising and very disturbing. I have never had such a disturbing experience before in a medical practice. the medical assistant was very unprofessional and was clearly frustrated that we were unhappy with the fact that what we came in to be seen for they did not have in stock. we drive an hour to this practice to be seen and another hour to go back home. imagine doing that commute to be told we drove up there for no reason. we speak to the doctor to find out that was not the case at and we could very much still do what we came for. after that unpleasent experience with the MA, at check out my wife talks to the front desk about future appointments and she inquires about the Medical assistant first name so in the future we know who to avoid in order to avoid issues. the front desk explains that we cant really choose who sees us that we can send a message to the doctor, in which we explain our concerns as to why we would like to avoid this individual moving forward since she did not want to provide the name.In turn the front desk personnel replies with " Please just go" completely and utterly disregarding our concerns. granted to say we will not be returning as this brings us concerns as to how staff members actually care for their patients. to the front desk person keep in mind you are the face of the practice. not the doctor or the assistants. you are the first individual people look at to gain the trust of the practice. you are the very first and last representation of the practice when a patient visits.

Office and exam room carpets appeared to NEVER be vacuumed. Bathrooms had no changing stations which is crazy for a pediatricians office. Dr. Ali was nice and informative the one time we saw her, the rest of the providers were nice enough but office staff was subpar (especially the medical assistants/nurses). Appreciated them not forcing vaccine requirements but outside of that, the overall office experience was less than mediocre.

You always worry about getting "lost in the sauce" with all the other patients and providers but I have had the exact opposite experience with my care team here. All of the staff here are caring, attentive and always looking out for their patients. Ms. Udongwo is a very no-nonsense type of provider and I would even call her strict. I appreciate her straightforwardness and her ability to explain things very clearly. She always gives it to me like it is and doesn't want to hear any nonsense...... reminds me a lot of my mom. LOL. Her bedside manner is great and she is the definition of professional. The best thing about Ms. Udongwo (and from what I hear, most providers with UF health) is that she's extremely responsive to my needs and questions when I have them. I can use the MyChart app on my iPhone to schedule my own appointments as well as message back and forth DIRECTLY WITH HER about my prescriptions, new health issues and test result questions. Long gone are the days where you play phone tag with the doctors office and pray you actually get an answer back within an appropriate time. Any time I have to send a message she is back to me within 24 hours and most of the time within just a couple of hours. Overall I have been very satisfied with the level of care I receive here. If you are in need of a primary care provider I highly recommend checking out UF Health's family medicine department in the ACC building, specially Victoria Udongwo APRN. They are almost always accepting new patients.

They told me he was at the other location and had been for a number of weeks. Apparently the office I was sent to was unaware. Duh. The 7030 location was unappealing. That's why I dropped a star. The 7101 location is quite nice and welcoming. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I was referred by my Lake City dentist as my wife needed some specialized care. I chose this dentist because he is in my Delta Dental network. I drove from Dowling Park and it was well worth the trip. Our appointment was for 2PM and we were early. My wife's X-ray was not forwarded there because the first office I originally spoke with gave me the incorrect email address. Duh again. I called and had it re-sent. All is good. We waited till about 2:30 to get called which is normal for an afternoon appointment and another 20 minutes or so to be seen by Dr Olson. Prior to that we had a dental assistant who was very knowledgeable as well as friendly and came in and out a number of times. Dr Olson came in and right away I felt we had come to the right place. He was friendly and outgoing and quickly ascertained my wife's problems and solved the first one without difficulty and assured us he was confident we wouldn't have a reoccurrence. The second problem was a upper plate held in by four implants that was slipping out. The two front abutments were seriously worn and would need replacement. I need to research the manufacturer and size of the implants to get the correct parts. I never thought I should have written this information down when she first had the implants done maybe 20 years and three states ago. A word to the wise. Write it down! Seeing a Prosthodontist is like seeing any other specialist. The staff sets the patients up and the doctor goes from one to the next. After Dr Olson was sure he was finished with us and we were happy, he informed his assistant he was going on to the next patient and left her to finish the paper work. Though we live almost a 2 hour drive away we will return to have any other work done on her dentures as we are confident that we are getting quality as well as friendly care. I'll wait for my EOB from Delta Dental to comment on the billing departments charge for my co-payment.

Not only is the hospital extremely nice, spacious and clean, it was great for allowing my husband and I to basically move in to our son's room. Of course there are rules in NICU about food and guests but that is to keep these fragile babies safe. My second son had major surgery on his skull and we had a couple nights in PICU. Again, amazing facilities, we were able to stay with him and the care level was 10/10. We call as much as we can and come up to the hospital when we are not working or if we have someone to watch our child. My child's father and I both work 8-5 and 4am-12pm.
