This is not the first Dr. I have seen since becoming a full time patient with Ascension…read more Unfortunately the only physician that I have seen, who is compassionate, gives you the time you need, and is genuinely interested in your wellbeing is Dr. Sonntag. I have been to cardiologist, orthopedic specialist, and a Rheumatologist, and none have shown anything in the form of caring. Now it's how many people can you get money from through insurance. The cardiologist never even looked at me....1st time patient!!! Dr. Pilcher, Dr Gatla, and Drs. Moore and Collier, thanks but no thanks! I will say Dr. Collier took the time to call and apologize for how I was treated.

Zero stars isn't an option, so one star it is…read more Where do I begin? I was referred to Dr. Luke for SVT. During my consult, he begins to tell me he thinks I have a different form of tachycardia before even seeing any tests results from my previous cardiologist or even having any new results from me as a new patient with any further testing. I did the three day holter monitor, and came back about a month later for the follow up of those results. At that follow up appointment, I waited for SEVENTY minutes before even getting back to a room! Then I waited another 15 minutes before seeing a nurse practitioner to go over my results, not even the cardiologist gave me the time of day to go over my results after waiting an hour and a half to see whom I thought would he him. Then, the ARNP tells me that my results aren't even consistent with the type of tachycardia he was going on about at my consultation with him. So why even say all that to me and confuse me with unnecessary information and scare me by putting the idea of potentially having that condition in my head when you don't even have any potential holter monitor results yet! THEN - yes, there's more! It came time for my follow up from that appointment with my primary care physician and guess what! That ARNP I spoke with about my results told me that she'd be sending all of those lovely results back to my doctor only to find out that they never did! No one faxed any results over and my follow up appointment was worthless! I had to stand there with the office worker at the checkout desk of my PCP office while she called St. Vincent's office and got them to fax over my records. Now I have to make yet another appointment with my doctor about those results, and I can't even do that until she takes the time to look over them, and who knows when that will be! And in those records I only saw the generic diagnosis of palpitations, nothing more nothing less. I have no answers about what is going on, what my exact condition is, why or how it happened, nor do I have any clue how to prevent it or if it can even be prevented. I also don't know what to moving forward, they only want to see me in 6 months. And no one has even scheduled an appointment for me in regards to that! I have more questions than answers after leaving them and it appears to me the only thing these people seem to specialize in, is wasting everyone's time. Angry is an understatement, angry isn't even close to describing how I feel about this office, it's staff, and it's practices. I will never be returning to this place ever again after this is said and done. I just want to be done with these people.
