My wife and I purchased a home in July and had Dana inspect it for issues. The home has a flat…read moreroof so we were nervous that it would have water intrusion problems. Dana's report indicated that while there was a single area of the roof that was holding water, the roof was otherwise fine. Well, within a month of moving in we had massive water intrusion problems in multiple areas. Of the four areas we had water intrusion in, only one was identified by Dana, and they failed to note that entire sections of the roof tiles were rotten and needed replacing. Somehow they also failed to notice any signs of water damage within the home itself. I cannot in good faith recommend Dana and I feel like they let us down pretty badly with their inspection.
