As a Pasadena resident, I've walked past this pace dozens of times without giving it a second thought! It truly is a hidden gem of creativity and innovation. If you have the opportunity to visit this place, I recommend it.

VENTURE CAPITAL This company I believe is unscrupulous. The…read moreway they treated my company was very bad. About ten years ago I very early on reserved three domains in .TV from a Canadian Company that obtained the rights for to market the Top Level Domain (TLD) from the small island country that had the good fortune to be assigned this TLD from ICANN. Those three domains were FOX.TV, INFOMERCIAL.TV, AND BROADCAST.TV. I was instructed to pay a retainer of $1000 per domain name, and then there would be an auction at a given date. If no other were interested then it would be mine. This company set the date three or four times and did not fulfill. They kept deferring and I was pressing to get my domain. I even called the country, that was oblivious. The Canadian Company (called the .TV Corporation) sold the rights to the Idea Lab out of CA. I kept telling them for months that I wanted my domains. After nearly three years they sent my original check back for the three domains and then told me to cease and desist, as I was also marketing the TLD on some of our sites. I told them we needed the domain as we were launching a company called BROADCAST.TV the name we had reserved years before. They essentially thumbed their noses at us. I continued to press for our domains as we had them intertwined in our plans. They then said that I could pay $1MM USD "PER" year for BROADCAST.TV alone. They then (temporarily) put a porn site up on it. I did contact my lawyer and he said I had a good chance of winning but would cost hundreds of thousands in legal costs. I couldn't afford it. I did find a contingency lawyer that said it was too old (six years). My company did direct response media and my name was fox so I did have a legal claim to the FOX name too. It was very disappointing - a classic case of a unethical "big" company abusing a smaller one. THE LESSON: I am past wanting to get back at them, but it would be unethical for me to let others get treated the same way. Given the opportunity, they will take advantage of your "small" company. Stay away you will thank me. I predict that they will have legal issues rooted in these values that I have experienced first hand. I will also be posting this on Thefunded.com. If a negative star rating were allowed it would have been given.

I am so impressed!…read more Recently, I met the owner DeAndre at a networking function. I was intrigued by utilizing the services of a personal concierge, but had no real idea how to. As a volunteer of a Service Organization (Exchange Club of Culver City), I became accountable to produce a silent auction. Having never done that before, it was overwhelming and I realized that this was a perfect opportunity to use My Little Helper! De Andre showed up on time, dressed professionally/appropriately for the event. She helped me unload all of the items from my car and transport them into the building. She was quick, efficient and had a happy, easy going attitude the whole time. She was genuinely interested that I was satisfied. As the attendees started entering the room (early I might add), I was getting flustered by needing to attend to the guests and stop setting-up the auction. De Andre continued to decorate and beautify the setting...showcasing each auction-item and really going above and beyond! The cool thing is that I didn't even need to ask/tell her what to do. She simply had a knack for intuitively knowing exactly what to do without direction...especially awesome since I was under such time-pressure. The event was a smashing success and frankly, De Andre made me look like a rock star! Not only was I satisfied but I was amazed! The rate was extremely reasonable and I will definitely use them again. In fact, I've been thinking about a few tasks that could use some support by someone with such talent. Thank you so much My Little Helper! I'll be calling you soon!
