As much as I was enticed to go and see what this store had to offer via it's window displays, I decided that perhaps one visit would be my last. Not only was I never greeted by two women, who were visibly the only people in the store and who weren't really speaking to each other; they never once asked if they could help me or anything. Not sure if this store is run by Americans or people from another country... I am a big shopper, love novel stores (and have been to many in my travels abroad and across the nation and state); love to support small and local businesses. Unless the Owner(s) make an effort to smooth this really unpleasant experience over, than I'll just take my business elsewhere.

Julie (wife of the store owner) was rude and short in the past i gave her the benefit of the dough and visited the store again on the day noted, when i ask the clerk, not her a price on a item JULIE stated "What do you want" her public contact warrants attention, plus I have heard her be arrogant and rude and interrupts her employees as they try to help the public.TO MAKE IT EASIER FOR HER AND HER ESTABLISHMENT, I WILL NEVER SPEND MY MONEY THERE NOR VISIT HER STORE IF MY PRESENCE MERITS THIS ILL TREATMENT FROM HER!!! I am a business owner myself and if I can't /will not treat the public as just, then STAY HOME. By NONI on September 13, 2013 at 01:02 PM

At our initial meeting you said you COULD manage the project and that you had ideas of what contractors to use. The designs you came up with WERE beautiful. But during our second meeting when I had concerns about designs such as storage and open shower you were very dismissive. I wrote that email because I am always nice and respectful when working with others. I didn't want you to feel bad. But you forgot to include your reply and then the email I wrote responding about what changes I wanted made and you responded that we should move forward with someone else. You did say you could "redo the plans" but I did not have another $400 for that. Honestly, you have great ideas. And I have no problem paying for a service. I had an issue feeling like I wasn't being heard about the designs of my own bathroom. If someone wants to hire someone to do it all and they don't care about the result. You're the perfect person. If someone wants to have input about the project- they should go elsewhere
