Walked in and it was a ton of people waiting. Ok no biggie. I went to the cashier to make the deposit. The money truck had just come so there was only 1 teller during lunch rush. I was the first person waiting in line but immediately 7 people walked up after me. I was patient since I used to work at the bank. But I literally waited for 15 minutes before I just decided to leave. The person in front of me was a commercial customer and needed change. The teller didn't have it to give so it took awhile. As I was leaving one of the customer service reps helped me with my PIN. I think he felt bad for me. But this out a sour taste in my mouth for going inside the bank... which I never do.
