The other reviewer is correct, Flagstar had great hours but with the economy in the tank they could not be sustained. PNC still has good coverage. The only downside is they dont allow call-in change orders. Alot of times the teller I'm at doesnt have enough change and then I have to wait for them to "buy" it from another teller or their safe. But I literally waited for 15 minutes before I just decided to leave. The person in front of me was a commercial customer and needed change. The teller didn't have it to give so it took awhile. As I was leaving one of the customer service reps helped me with my PIN. I think he felt bad for me. But this out a sour taste in my mouth for going inside the bank... which I never do.
