My wife had to visit twice, the first time rudely told to make an appointment the second time, arrived early and the banker was nothing short of a pr*ck and effectively bullied my wife. She wouldn't allow me to deal with it but I will be writing to head office. She wanted to do a relationship change application. Her banker in Cary (I give them five stars) went over all the forms and outlined what was necessary. Notarized, all information completed as suggested. This idiot basically wouldn't effect the transaction, handed all the forms back to my wife and said better if you work with your banker in Cary. I believe his name is Keith which I will confirm. We will be going to Cary to conduct any Wells Fargo banking. But for the long term relationship that my wife has with the bank and her personal banker, she would change banks.
