Amazing customer service. I had problems with a key fob to my vehicle. They talked me through getting the vehicle started and replacing the battery. What a fantastic experience. I sooo recommend this business. Yes they are mobile, and based in Raeford but are in Pinehurst, Carthage, Moore county on a regular schedule. Veteran owned (Rick) and operated (John). I needed a second key for my 2005 Chrysler. I called and set up an appointment. John met me at the local dealership in his easy to find blue & white van, on time, with a smile, and in 15 minutes I was on my way with an additional electronic key. Half the price of the dealership. Locked my keys in my car this morning and called to have someone come out and pop the locks in my car. I believe his name was Ray that I spoke with. He was very nice and was at my house in 15 minutes after I called. He was quick, professional, and took extra care not to damage my car since it is an older model, which I was very appreciative of. As a single mother I sometimes don't have time or the knowledge and find it/s easier to pay a professional if I want things done right, well my door lock is broken and I figured a residential locksmith would be able to assist me. I found this company on google, Rick assuming the owner, advised me to go to Lowes buy the one a want and I can install myself...obviously if I could have did that I wouldn't be searching for a locksmith... no worries guess ill take my money elsewhere read more

Don't use the direction feature this comprises 100% mobile. Spoke with company and they adviser me 11:30 was a good time to bring my car but after I drive 45 minutes the address leads me to nowhere. I the. Call the guy back and he says ole yea we're mobile. read more

I locked the keys in my car today on my home after work (after 5 pm). I just knew it was going to take an hour to get a locksmith and it was going to cost me an arm and a leg.....NOT! I called Carolina Lock and Security and they arrived in less than 10 minutes and it took less than 5 minutes for them to open my car and I was on my way. The locksmith was extremely friendly and very professional. Their rates were less than I expected! I saved the phone number in my cell phone in case I need any work done at my home or if I ever lock my keys up again. I would definitely recommend them to a friend or family member. I had lost both sets of keys (and remotes) for my 2005 Camry. I had purchased an OEM key and remotes and had to get the key cut and programmed, as well as needed the remotes programmed. Through the dealer it would have cost me around a fortune for two keys and two remotes AND I would have had to have my car towed to the dealer. Carolina Lock and Security was able to fit me in within a couple hours after calling them. John came out cut a blank key to make sure it fit my door lock and ignition before he cut the transponder key. He programmed the key and my two remotes and I had two sets of working keys and remotes in less than 30 minutes...and for a VERY REASONABLE price!!!
