Great service. These men are outstanding at what they do and get it done quickly. They got my keys reprogrammed without charging me an arm and a leg, highly recommend! read more

I'm an elderly, disabled woman, with no close neighbors and my deadbolt broke leaving me vulnerable to thieves who come through my wooded land fairly often. It took him much longer than he said he would come, drove right through w/o stopping citing my porch had to be cleaned up before he would fix my broken door. I was left all night without a safe lock, barely able to walk or stand. What kind of person would allow an elderly woman to be left unsafe for no good reason. I do not recommend him esp if you have an emergency. You may be left high and dry, unsafe. Thank the Lord for His protection. read more

Five-Star service. The locksmith arrived quickly. He was able to unlock our car and program a new key-fob within minutes. We were amazed. The cost was reasonable for the service we received. We are repeat customers and highly recommend Logan's Locksmith. read more

Fast, friendly, reliable and affordable service! Highly recommend! I needed a new key fob, and Brandon was able to provide one and program it in a speedy manner. If you find yourself in the same situation, absolutely give Logan's Locksmith a call! read more

I called Brandon with a very last minute request based on the recommendation of my realtor, who had used Logans Locksmith before. I am selling my rental home, and closing was within 24 hours of my call to Brandon. The house needed to be rekeyed so that all doors were on the same key (5 different doors), and Brandon was able to come out later that afternoon. He met my realtor there and had all the locks rekeyed in no time. Considering he never hesitated when I asked him for a last minute request, and the closing was able to go on as planned, the price was well worth the call. I was able to pay by phone for the service, and immediately got a receipt to my email. I would recommend this business for any of your locksmith needs in the future. Thank you sir! read more

I got locked out of my car today at 12:30pm, and was back inside my car by 1:20pm. I can't remember the name of the guy who helped me (I know it wasn't Logan himself) but he was quick, professional, and drove all the way from Hope Mills to help me. He charged an incredibly reasonable price for such a quick turnaround and very clear communication. 10/10 this Locksmith's number is saved in my phone now. read more

wonderful, Brandon was early, did a great job, and priced right. highly recommended. read more

Great service! Wore a mask, worked efficiently, and was very nice. Definitely recommend.

They came within hours and changed 3 house locks. lVery friendly and professional guy. The only negative is that they left only one key for three locks. You might want to request in advance extra keys. Otherwise you'll end up going to someplace like Lowe's to get extras. read more

Somehow my key snapped off my fob after I took the key out of the ignition and I was in a bit of a predicament. This locksmith was one of the few that could cut a car key for a fob and rechip for you on the spot. You do have to validate that it's your car, the vin, etc, but the dealership was going to charge more and I'd have to wait until the next morning, which would have been rough for me. The tech was fast and came out to handle the situation. He charged me a fair price and threw in a spare key, which was very nice of him to do. If you need a good locksmith, I'd definitely contact them. read more

On time excellent service.. a little pricey but better than getting lied too.. I recommend lohan's lock

The service was ok but that was eclipsed by a bill that was exceedingly different than what we'd been quoted. When I requested an itemized invoice, I was promised one that never came. Perhaps it's the company ethic, perhaps it is just the technician who made the house call, but I feel misled and ripped off by this organization. read more

I called Logan's Locksmith to have my home unlocked after leaving the keys in the house - was in a hurry! The tech heads my way for about 10 minutes, then I call him back as I got ahold of my landlord to unlock my door. He demands $60 for the 10 MINUTES of time he used to drive my way. This guy said he was 5 minutes out but arrived 15 minutes later while I was freezing outside. I believe he lied about how far out he was so I wouldn't cancel. He did not mention the cancellation fee when I called him the first or second time and I notified him I was trying to get my landlord to unlock the door. Other locksmiths don't try to screw you like this company, go to another who won't treat you like that. read more

Not typically one to review a business, but this experience more than warranted it. Logan helped me with a lockout situation while I was visiting some friends in Fayetteville, and provided a quality service quickly, and for a price that I couldn't find anyone to beat. Today a friend of mine who was visiting me in Raleigh NC got locked out of her car, and we had trouble finding anyone willing to come out, for less than $100. I called Logan's Locksmith and he drove 1.5 hours and had her car unlocked in seconds, and for cheaper than the local competition. A+ service, can't recommend him enough. read more

My mom and I got locked out of the house at almost 11pm. Neither of us had a phone, but thank goodness I had my apple watch and was able to contact Logan's. They were at my house within 20 minutes. I mean, just amazing! Thank you guys! read more

I called Logan at 5:50 PM for a car ignition key. He told me if I could get him the VIN number in 10 minutes (before the "code vendor" closed) he could solve my problem today. He arrived around 6:40 PM, and was done within 50 minutes, to include programming the key. On top of all this, he was $200 less the the dealership. I highly recommend Logan! read more

Cheaper by $20 than other companies. They were at my location in 15 minutes. Very polite and professional!! Hate getting locked out of my car but they made it less stressful. read more

I called Logan's locksmith at 9 pm and he luckily had just finished another job a half hour away from my location. Logan was straightforward and easy to communicate with. He was able to retrieve my keys from inside my Toyota Camry within 2 minutes. I definitely learned my lesson. I may not be as fortunate to have Logan close by next time. Nevertheless, Logans swift arrival allowed me to get home in one piece without worrying my family. Thanks again Logan! read more
