The piercings i wanted was the tragus but she proceeded to tell me she doesnt use a needle for tragus but instead a contraption that she described as a "screw" because she didnt wanna stab the inside of my ear. I said hell no, i allowed her to do my 4th lobe and she even messed that up. Ive pierced my own ears before and had my cartilage pierced, and in my opinion i was more knowledgeable than she was. My fourth lobe piercing is very VERY uneven and i will need to get them redone. its also at a horrible angle. And she used an extremely long bar for it. That in my opinion was not necessary. DO NOT GO HERE! I was peer pressured like an idoit i knew i shouldnt have. Go to Body Piercing by Bink instead. ALSO my friend got a tattoo there the same night, the guy was very pushy didnt listen to her concerns and proceeded to "put his own spin" on the stencil.

When it happened she told me it would be able to be covered up with a good concealer and would eventually go away. By the way - she happened to have the concealer and didn't even have the courtesy to give it to me! I paid a premium price for it. After two years the smudge is still there and I've been told by three professionals can only be removed with plastic surgery! I have since gone to another permanent makeup professional for a touch up and an attempt to fix the job and will be providing a separate review for her. She also advised that she could not fix the damaged area - it would require plastic surgery - but the entire experience was SO MUCH different! Little to no pain and total professionalism which makes it easy to rate Styles of Elegance so low.
